greeting p.m ,I have an idea about the clean country.why not initially we select area which is assessable to tourist and this area can be given to some company for advertisement .area around railway lines can be given to company on lease so that tourist will not be seeing garbage around railway lines

Manual scavenging can be eliminating only by introducing recent waste management technologies, There are lot of robotic machinery by using we can handle the filth and garbage. At the same time there is need of introducing latest sewerage system which would be technologies friendly. We have to educate the people on handling the domestic and industrial waste and also to introduce strict rules to punish the people who are intentionally/ habitually breaking the rules. Regards. dear PM i would like to tell to that when ever there is robbery or theif take place. we register the complaints to police dept but sorry to say we do not get ne solution. for E.g i have lost my phone in borivali train someboby removed from my pocket i was unable to catch him. so i registered a complaint in July 2013 but till date i have not received any positive sign

in our area mosts of the political party comes only for voting after that they doesn't turn back to solve the problem. when we go to them they gives dates & ask for written letter.

I am sorry to say that there are no constraints. No human being loves scavenging unless he is forced to do so. Sufficient job opportunities will surely eliminate manual scavenging.
