Aaj ek middle class family ki sabse badi jarorat hai apne baccho ki education or family ki health so in sabme ek acche level ke school main apne baccho ka admition chahte hue bhi nahi kara pata hai kyonki pvt schools ki manmaani or system he unke daayere se bahar hai so sir I specially request to you we have to need focus on this dirty system or involve govt share in pvt sector school for the education system.

We have to great Ambition, make Confident, follow Obedience, improve Knowledge, maintain Self-respect, take Continuous-Effort, take Strong Decision, interest for Greatness, maintain Selfishness and do Sacrifice.

Good group work should be a basis of good leadership. So a portal should be created for each district for publishing social work and group tasks taken up by youth in the district and there should be members that must approve or disapprove that work. based on the work done in a year the DM of the district must award the top performers every year. All govt workers, schools and colleges must be made part of that portal on a voluntary basis. This will help emerge leaders from each district.

Provide them security and confidence that their views matter. And develop the ownership quality in today's youth since school days to be accountable for their own deeds and taking it as personal responsibility to participate in development of nation. We need another kranti from grass root level like it happened during BhagatSingh era and Chandrasekhar Azad era.

all of first education system should develop the student "s mind that takes decision for the welfare of himself & society.

indian security is very poor so we require good security this done only by youth

1)There should be consideration of leadership activities in the students by the education staff. 2)Have to take assistance from the identified students in direct public policy distribution schemes of Govt. for its genuine with moral and ethics. More over due to corruption and immoral activities of the Public and Private Sector the new generated people going into under depression even they are having much skills for better future, it should be controlled quickly at-least in the education level.

From the very basic- college level. we need to differentiate the Manager and a leader. Leader is who come with a solution always without asking for the same. We need to ask their interest not career choice and then to discuss the interest. there should be a group of youths with same interest and how they can transform that interest to nation building- eventually a leader will be BORN.

the youth in universities can be divided in some groups and each group should be given a particular place to work for the betterment people with their ideas, while they make these discussions a leader can be easily pointed out for he/she will be the one most willing and raising hand in favour elections can work too

more importance should be given to group work and projects
