"Needs to be done for -'leadership qualities'- 'youth" 1-leadership start from family' 2-one of family-will step in society welfare' 3-one from here will be given honor District Level' 4- DOUBT.. but definitely govt responsible officers will not obstruct process.....

The concept of "seva" needs to be relentlessly promoted and emphasized.

All though India has 60% of Youth Youth can be used as the Volunteers for the Forthcoming Plans which have been driven by the Government so they may Learn about the Process and they may give their Ideas for better India

Dear sir...Aaj kal Jo bhi offline paper ho rahe h wo out ho the h . ( ssc,ordinance,PCs exams) Ppr out hone ki wajah se kafi suicides ho rhe h. Or justice nhi ho rha h. Mera sujhav h ki sab paper online ho.

I have small suggesstion that every child of our country must be given ,some knowledge about great leaders of India,in schools,and for each class there must be a creative,heathly,innovative tasks given not only subjectwise but also they must be exposed to different social problems that our country &its face everday...some competitions must be held that can connect every child ,unite them and so they can know that "UNITY IS THE STRENGTH OF ANY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD",Thank you.....

Developing leadership can only be generated only within the people who can communication skills listning ability and having perceiverance power. If a leader lack any single quality from this three then very soon his leadership quality slip from him . Apart of it he or she should be decision maker of his or her own stand. Must have command on his or her language which they use for communicating with people.
