Education of universities is not enough.Young people need to be inspired,fired up by exposure of advanced countries systems.Some selected young people group should be sent to countries like South Korea,United states,Japan,China as a routine every year at the cost or even partial cost born by Govt.Instaed of professionals,growing young people need this more.
