There has been issuance of mass transfer orders in the state of Sikkim. Basically those employees who are linked with opposition parties of the state has been transferred unanimously.Several orders without any transfer policy has been published by government of Sikkim in past six months. Such types of landslide transfers in mass has been published in different web portals of the government.Such act is been strongly condemning by various sections in Sikkim. In our country, it is important for the youth to realize their responsibility towards their motherland. In a country like India where youth idolize filmstars & cricketers, short films & advesrtisements can be scripted, starring Amitabh Bacchan, Priyanka chopra having a theme of "ESSENCE TO LIVE FOR INDIA". These films can be sponsered by the government. These films will generate a feeling of self devotion for the country and will act as a driving force to bring in CHANGE IN THE COUNTRY.

Your kind attention is invited towards my candidature, wherein after qualified NET conducted by UGC, more than 37 publications with 6.6 years working experience still I am working on contractual job in Govt. Sector at low salary. I have been regularly applying for the post of ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in different universities but still no positive result has come. You are, therefore requested to kindly take necessary action and also provide necessary help to me TO GET SUITABLE JOB.

MY dear fellow indians and prime minister sir, i have a humble request to all of you. DO we need caste system for our existence. I think that caste system was originated on the basis of the work our ancestors did. But now we are living in a different scenario. What is the caste of a software engineer? What is a caste of a scientist? Are we doing the same work which was done by our ancestors? Then why do we need caste system? Why do we need the identity of caste?

The education system followed now only for the preparation of clerks for offices but not giving them their skill development. the study materials must give them a support to the skill development and self development to with stand todays apportunities.

There should be a mechanism to involve the youth in the national building. The volunteerism will come into effect when people of high respect lead by example. In the absence of a role, none can achieve the goal on time. in this pretext, NOGs have a great role to play . They can be guiding spirit/mentor/counselors of the target group. Their work will inculcate the spirit of volunteerism among one and all. So they can act as a catalyst of the society.

CHEAP AND BETTER EDUCATION FOR ALL.. Govt can also put in place an online/offline exam system open for all for all streams starting from say, 6th standard, right upto post graduation with proper certification on completion of studies online and passing exam which will be on any computer online/offline. It should have many subject options and no timelines to complete courses. It will open up the anywhere education for all without any school / college.

CHEAP AND BETTER EDUCATION FOR ALL Govt must put in place a grand education portal containing all sorts of Education Contents from nursery to various specializations e.g. Engineering, Medicine, Law, History etc. with world class contents getting regularly updated. Then all schools, villages, different areas in cities must have the facilities to access the content easily. I have many more things to add which will spread free/ cheap education for all and will eliminate education mafias.
