There should be promotion schemes like mygov for volunteer involvement of youth in productive work for country. Youth need a platform or guidance for volunteer work. There are many person who want to do some social work but they dont know where to go from where we start. so if govt can form a volunteer policy or scheme in which they can registered and choose interested fields to work as volunteer.

The spirit of volunteerism is one of those characteristics which is groomed and developed over a course of evolution. The true spirits of volunteerism hence can best be seeded right at the root, i.e while a person is studying. Civil Society, NGOs or even Corporate should come out as role models. Some measures for example can be : 1. CSR inform of allocated MAN hours to educational institutions where Volunteers come and lead teams from school, college etc.. 2.Creating platforms for recognition.

For our younger generations we must try to show them our old rich heritage continuously our nonstop effort will keep our tradition alive for the years in this modern high tech Era. We must not forget our rich culture. Are we taking enough steps towards this? Most of us we think its duty of parents or family. No I don't believe so we must try to use our mass media and make our youth knowledgeable in this area.

World is aware of the fact that today India is a young country. Our youngsters are our strength. Something concrete to be done for their welfare, protection mentally as well as physically. I feel on every group of hundred youth there should be minimum three elders, institutions or volunteers to guide them, watch them for their progress. I feel most of the youths now a days are left alone in their own circles many time just like without any direction their important period must not waste.

Now a days Education and Hospitalization has become business which should not be.when a citizen pays for the basic need its needless to say that he wants a return.funniest part Govt is also providing schemes to avail loans which is being additional burden to a citizen in his child hood itself after which some elected people frame a Law to bribe for certain society and making us poor.I sincerely request this Govt to create laws to make education and hospitalizaation FREE without any loopeholes...

Govt.ka role yeh ho sakta hai ki recognize.and appreciate timely every honest n efficient & Quality Volunteerism..give them Points,which will be directly help them to cut off their tax liabilities if any..during the concern year....you have to keep promoting and Reciprocate it Timely every Noble/social/work,right from the school leval....and thats the One of the effective way which will be boost up the spirit civil society..
