In our country till now govt has not taken direct initiative to promote youth power. Govt should form some ministry where you decide what type of volunteerism you require from the youth of India. Let the concerned officials visit each and every college and talk to the students. Offer them the service they can render to the society. I am confident that each and every youth of this country will be ready to volunteer in his area of interest.
