NGOs and civil society are cheating in the name of service. They have no sense of dedication or sacrifice for the society.

NGO and civil society should promote human values among youth.Corporates should involve the youth to cherish nation building works without selfish motive.

Every family to nominate each member for volunteerism in a specific field; every building, society, village, township to form groups of volunteers, field wise. Selecting & awarding best volunteer in every field, every month in a family, in a building, village, township, city, district, state & country. Municipality, state govt, central govt. to issue certificates of award every year, field wise. Volunteerism by person, family, township, village, city etc be motivated by appreciating & reward.

NGOs should ask the people, instead of donating money, they should spare time at NGOs helping needy, in case they might also require some help from others.

for promoting volunteerism among youth,when people come to apply for jobs make it a mandatory perquisite for all types of jobs for every individual to induldge in atleast one social activity.
