Govt should develop affordable housing scheme just like DDA in every district this will provide houses to millions within their reach to some extent stop immigration of people to cities & also generate employment to many in their own district , this will help generate even economic development in entire nation irrespective of city & funding of these schemes can be done through banks as money invested can be recovered from sale of houses this way burden of scheme will not effect the tax payer .

I read in India Today Magazine that a large number of Houses/Flats are lying vacant in NCR as well as in other parts of the country because the owner is not able to rent them out due to fear of tenant not vacating the house and then facing a possible court case. so I would suggest that we devise a mechanism where the owner can rent his properties without facing any problems because of rogue tenants or the outdated laws governing this field. This could be win-win for all the parties involved.

sir, i am from gujarat. you have talked about employment for youth, but i have just given the PA/SA examination and i also short listed in top 40. in the final merit list there are more than 90% of selected candidates are from out states.in the recruitment cell the officers are from out state. so i have doubt about the selection of the candidate. youth who is native of gujarat unemployed and they select candidate from out state. i hope the gov. would have inquire the details as soon as possible.

If government will not take necessary decision about this the days are not far that these two company will face the same problem as Indian air lines. In a recent WHO conference I learnt that Bangladesh has created an efficient health information system (HIS) for effective healthcare of its population. India being an IT major should consider implementing HIS on a pilot scale in some areas. HIS could as well be part of the Adarsh Gram Yojana.

In a very recent incident an engineer from Delhi was caught with black money. I would like the government to raid the Senior IAS & RPS officers who also hold the chunk of black money in the country rather than raiding the small businessmen because they are the roots from where corruption starts. If we are able to launch this program successfully I am sure lot of black money will come back to our country.
