It's a must for every civil societies, NGOs, to held road side campaigns, campaigns in school campus, colleges to take part as a volunteer for the welfare of the society. They should give aware to the youths the need for the youths in builfpding a nation. NGOs should make aware what they are doing, how they are doing, their roles in the society and how it is beneficial to the society. Tv ads, media campaigns, newspapers ads can also be done.

It has to start from Grassroot level Civil Society:Motivation by parents along with school arranging volunteering activities in their area,city to let students see through and feel how can they make a difference to society. NGO:Should focus one city/area at a time with the involvement of RWA's and other key people who are known and have been involved in other activities.

Psu banks should be treated at par other profit making psu's and should be governed in a manner of government organisation and not to be left on mercy of IBA ,union and so called bank management

I saw that modi ji love to do a littile work.i think modi ji underatand the power of 125 crore people. According me govt. Should create an account named on DESH SEVA.Inwhich if a indian want to give some money. It may be start from 1 rs. N i think if everyindian people deposit 1 ruppee in that account in one month ..it becomes 125 crore ruppees.that money can be taken as subaidiary money.when the prices ncreses. SO it can change the mind of everycitizen of india..he will start to think i m india

young recruited employees of bank will not leave the job if they are rightly paid. then only psu banks will work efficiently

public sector banks have a major role in the indian economy and social sector as well as poverty eradication. very sorry to say employees of this sector are being crushed and wages of this sector are not being revised since 1st nov 2012. on the pretext of profitability. producing comparative wages and work responsibility of govt. psu and othe sector employees hpping from honorable pm and fm to do the justice to the bank employees. if you think bank employees are highly paid pl reduce our wages

I think Govt. shall make filing Income tax return of All Govt. employees compulsory from top to bottom (whether their income get taxed or not) by that govt. might get success towards prevention of accepting bribes by govt. employees.

To make them involved they should be encouraged from the very school life. Events, participation, drives and much more. Students interested in the country will implement them in college and thus keep on helping the country and encourage other youth to join them.
