My thoughts regarding the agitating Public Sector bank employees is that their grievance is fully justified in expecting a fair salary revision. While we often blame them for poor performance as compared to their MNC and Private Sector counterparts, but we never compare their salary with those in MNC or Private Sector. When er pay them at par with RRBs / Coop banks, we cannot expect MNC performance from them. If peanuts are paid, we will only get monkey- performance.

It looks that there is no difference between old government and new BJP government. The government should immidiately form the special team to understand and solve the issues of the farmers on top most priority. Another big problem is the corruption at every stage in all government offices. The government officers are thinking that its their right to take money undertable, this mentality need to change by implementing very very strong laws. Unless and until we will attack on curreption, our country will never improve. Every government official should be given their job target and if he will not complete in stipulated time he should be punished. They should understand their responsibility.

All of the mentioned bodies should ask youths to design ideas/concept on any topic related to social concern and they should be assisted with means to carryout those ideas. There are youths who can do wonders and change the picture of India if given opportunities. How can a country think that only govt. officers/officials has the capacity to do things correctly. After all these officials are also coming from that lot of youths and individuals.
