1. Removal of reservation based on Caste but EWS can be considered for all 2. Students should be allowed to explore their interest at early age and explore same 3. We can have few competitions, bootcamps and learning platform for them to grow 4. Not only theoretical learning, practical implementation should also be taken into account 5. If they have a good skill, should be allowed to do some small jobs and earn money so that they know the worth & learn investments 6. Tax & investment should be taught at the schools itself inculcating better habits of money management 7. They should be suppressed for a particular stream and given a chance to make career in the field of their choice 8. Jobs should not be segregated on the basis of gender, caste, Color, equal opportunity for all 9. try & remove nepotism to the extent we can give opportunity to all everywhere 10. introduce heath sessions so that youth knows how to overcome stress & anxiety which is one common reason for deteriorated health

* Every village should have atleast one youth club consisting youth of that particular village. * Their representation in every development activities of that particular village should be given priority. * They should be valued under PRI system. * Every unemployed youth will be given productive skill training. * All products manufactured by these youths will be sale through an online platform developed by Govt. using courier service and the local hub will be these village based youth clubs. * Our youth should be trained in such a way so that in future India may find all products in our village based youth clubs which are currently imports from China.
