सरकार ने मौजूदा राष्ट्रीय युवा नीति, 2014 के मसौदे की समीक्षा करते हुए एक नया राष्ट्रीय युवा नीति (एनवाईपी) मसौदा तैयार किया है। राष्ट्रीय युवा नीति के मसौदे में युवा विकास के लिए दस साल तक के विजन की परिकल्पना की गई है जिसे भारत 2030 तक हासिल करेगा। यह सतत विकास लक्ष्यों (एसडीजी) के साथ जुड़ा हुआ है जिसका उद्देश्य 'भारत को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए युवाओं की क्षमता का पूरी तरह से इस्तेमाल करना' है। एनवाईपी के नए मसौदे का लक्ष्य युवाओं के विकास के लिए पांच प्राथमिकता वाले क्षेत्रों पर काम करना है जिनमे शिक्षा; रोजगार और उद्यमिता: युवा नेतृत्व और विकास; स्वास्थ्य, फिटनेस और खेल; एवं सामाजिक न्याय शामिल है। प्रत्येक प्राथमिकता वाले क्षेत्र में वंचित वर्ग के हितों का ध्यान रखते हुए सामाजिक समावेशन के सिद्धांत पर आधारित किया गया है।

युवा मामले विभाग सभी हितधारकों से एनवाईपी के मसौदे पर विचार/सुझाव आमंत्रित करता है।

1. Set up a nanotechnology unit in Intelligence Bureau. 2. Frame and amend recruitment rules for DCIO/Nanotechnology or equivalent or any other post in hierarchy at appropriate level in Intelligence Bureau. 3. The future appropriate career profile should be clearly stated in rules. 4. A techno-managerial cadre in Intelligence Bureau can be formed for it. 5. The proposal is already in notice by JD/E, JD/Tech., JD/Eco, DD/Tech in IB Hqrs., New Delhi in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Some officers are IIT, IIM alumnus.

आज के देश का भविष्य युवा पीढ़ी और बच्चों पर निर्धारित है। कोविड के चलते लगभग सभी के हाथ मोबाईल आ गए हैं और कोई भी शैक्षणिक या समाचार अथवा मनोरंजन की एप खोलो तो विज्ञापन जरुर आता है और उस विज्ञापन की कोई सीमा नहीं है कि किस उम्र वाले को कौनसा विज्ञापन दिखाना चाहिए. और विज्ञापन के नाम पर अश्लीलता परोसी जाती हैं जिससे आने वाली पीढ़ी को परिणाम भुगतना पड़ेगा।. अतः आप से निवेदन है कि इस पर कुछ भावी पीढ़ी के लिए करें. कुछ ऐसी पॉलिसी लाए कि केवल मोबाइल पर ज्ञान वर्धक की विज्ञापन दिखना चाहिए, अन्यथा दंड का प्रावधान होगा. देश हित में, देश के प्रति, देश सेवा में. धन्यवाद.

Providing youth with the chance to speak their mind and listening to who they want to be and what they hope to achieve, can truly stimulate their self-esteem and self-belief. Self-belief allows a person to keep proceeding when the going gets rough, or to choose another destination with enthusiasm. After all, it is all about focus, dedication and the ambition to reach for the top.

Most young people are rebellious and do not care what you think until they realize that you care. An extensively large population of teens and young-adults just want to be heard. But due to extreme noises in families and other social pressures, their voices and choices are usually left unheard. In this regard, a role model or a good mentor can help to guide young people in the right direction as they move forward in life. A family member, a coach, a teacher or any other trusted adult with a good rapport can be a mentor to a young individual. Most youngsters’ personality are inspired by their parents, teachers, coaches or their surroundings, etc. While they probably won’t make a living from listening to other’s advice, they certainly will be motivated to try their best.

Extracurricular interests, like sports, music, drama or other activities can motivate a youngster as well as prioritize their all-round development. As an act of encouragement, you can provide guidance to a youth by realizing their strengths and suggesting activities that they might like to try. Everyone has their natural strengths that can prosper when directed in the right direction.

Most children are not always informed or aware of all the opportunities open to them. It is the responsibility of a parent, teacher or a mentor, to guide them in a path that may bring about positive experiences. Forcing a child into pursuing something they don’t want to do is barely productive because there will be little to no motivation in them to achieve excellence in a field that they are disinterested in.

Motivation helps young people to disregard societal, financial, political and other personal forces by building confidence and a sense of belief that their opinions and choices matter; that their life is worth living and they can achieve extraordinary feats. For any person to be motivated, they must first possess an element of self-belief. Unfortunately, not many young people believe in themselves. During difficulties, they tend to lose their courage and turn to give up their hopes and dreams. However, self-belief can be nurtured in children as they grow up. Parents and other responsible guides can help to instill self-belief during the developmental stages of a child.
