Let the teacher find out the qualities in the student deserves and accordingly after 5th standard only make a syllabus and education streams through which the student will gain the interested knowledge and will prove his abilities which will be the great thing in his own carrer as well as in nation building. Current educatrion system is wasting the life of the students his parents , money of the parents and of the government, time of everybody involved in the chain.

Please consider to audit the private schools for providing admissions to economically weak sections. The private schools take financial concessions and avail good parcel of land, but deny admission to economically weaker sections,though they are obliged to do by law. Please implement strictly this provision.

Teaching as a profession in higher education is not a very attractive one due to the inconsistencies in the pay structure for the teachers. highly qualified teachers are paid very low salaries by private institutions and government institutions do not make any attempt to tap these qualified resources who would bring a lot of value to teaching, research guidance as well as proper mentoring

Sir, I am vehemently concerned with the growing English medium in our country. This makes all the govt schools pure garbage. Industries like TATA, Birla, etc., were running schools in their home cities, which they have closed now, due to non availability of Hindi-Urdu-Oria-Bangla students. It also needs attention that due to English medium, moral-social-interpersonal values are falling down, because language always brings its culture. English should be taught as a subject but not as a medium.
