gov should be focus on girls education in villages and must be add a subject in school to learn self-defense .

Governance should be minimum as far as education is concerned. Role of regulatory bodies like UGC, should be curtailed drastically or they should be scrapped altogether. They are points of corruption and red tape.

Knowledge is power. Education syllabus must be need base than the individual taste base. A committee of a real scholars may be constituted for framing brand new education policy. Teachers must be sufficiently knowledgeable and capable/trained to mold a student for the best. The education policy should be upgraded following the better systems followed other well developed countries. Students must be well trained in sports activities from childhood, like China, so that we can also compete in sports and other spheres with other countries. Education should be overall development of an individual basis instead of status and acquiring job basis. All anomalies/evils prevalent in our present education policy/system must b eliminated. New Education Policy must focus on Teacher's training. Experimental learning (practical) to be introduced in all govt primary schools. Device methods to make learning very interesting. Sports and Extra curricular activities must. Regional Languages must be encouraged. Make books with simple understandable language instead of heavy words in English. Moral Values and Character buiding of stdents to be primary KRA of teachers.

It is the need of the hour to have a meaningful Knowledge sharing with students of all age. Example - instead of by heart learning of dates in History , it is important to start teaching what happened and the implications.And what is the learning. For this Educators need to be trained . Currently , most of the teachers up to class VIII are basically people who have some free time . And the school authorities recruit them. Secondly , make school trustees responsible for student performance.

you people should make a policy to control frequent change of books in the private schools. They are using it as a business and using it to earn commission from publishers. This is not good for our environment.

The National Education Policy should ensure that children who have been sponsored for education or have been given some scholarships and extra attention or are pass-outs from premier subsidized Institutes are signing a bond that they will work initially in India only. They study at Tax-Payer sponsored subsidies and then go out of the country and earn for themselves without contributing to India due to whom they have achieved their Academic goals.
