I am an Assistant Professor working in Delhi University(DU) from the past few years. The teachers of DU who are not permanent are called Adhocs. Like me,there are around 5000 Adhocs who are working here. Respected PM Modi ji, on the behalf of all my adhoc friends, I appeal to you for the"regularization of Adhocs" as soon as possible. There are no recruitments in DU. Our future is dark despite of having a good qualification and there is always insecurity in our mind when it comes to our job.

HIGHER EDUCATION: THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN THE REGULAR MODE AND DISTANCE MODE PROVIDED THAT THE DURATION, CONTENT, SYLLABUS ARE SAME. THE RESEARCH WORKS AT PHD/MHIL IN SOCIAL SCIENCES ARE MOSTLY CARRIED OUT AT INDUSTRIES, THE EXPERTS PROVIDES INPUTS TO THE RESEARCH SCHOLARS. ONCE RESEARCH DEGREE IS AWARDED, IT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED BY ALL FOE FACULTY EMPLOYMENT / FURTHER/HIGHER EDUCATION.

All the selection for professional courses should be linked to mental attitude required for that profession. for example medical profession is highly commercialised and medical professional are engaging themselves for making money rather than giving better service to needy people. Likewise selection of teachers should be as such as to have an attitude to give better education for needy students.

STATUTORY BODIES LIKE UGC/AICTE ETC SHOULD FORMULATE POLICES KEEPING IN VIEW OF THE INTEREST OF LARGE PUBLIC. THE CITIZENS ACCORDING TO THEIR ELIGIBILITY OPT TO JOIN IN ANY UGC/AICTE RECOGNISED COURSE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY CAN APPLY FOR ANY TEACHING FACULTY POSITION / HIGHER STUDIES. IF THEIR COURSE IS NOT CONSIDERED BY THE UNIVERSITIES, WHAT IS THEIR POSITION. WHAT IS THE USE OF UGC RECOGNITION.

I am docter by profession and I wish to adopt primary and middle school.i want to donate books indoor and outdoor games midday meal . Many of my colleagues want to do the same . We want to donate spare time to teach actively . Simplify the procedure to participate in nation building. Engage citizens to enrol bpl and sc/st students. Respected Sir, Technology is main root of eduction. if we want the education has reaches is villages & small town in our country, then it is compulsory the technology is reaches first on that places in less cost.

श्रीमान प्रधानमंत्री जी आज भारतीय शिक्षा में सिर्फ काले धन की कमाई हो रही है भारतीय जनमानस अपने बच्चों के भविष्य को लेकर के बहुत आतंकित है इसलिए वह शिक्षा संस्थानों द्वारा अनर्गल मांगी जा रहे धन को बिना सोचे समझे देता आ रहा है आज स्थिति यह है कि शासनादेशों के अनुसार स्ववित्तपोषित संस्थानों में एकत्रित शुल्क का 75 से 80% शिक्षक कर्मियों के वे परंतु 10 से 15% में ही संस्थान वेतन आदि खर्च को समेट कर के बाकी धन काले धन के रूप में संचित करते जा रहे हैं इसलिए ऐसा विधान बनाएं कि काला धन अर्जन न हो
