RESPECTED SIR, I AS A CITIZEN OF THIS COUNTRY WOULD LIKE TO SHARE ABOUT CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE OF OUR PUBLIC PLACES / INFRASTRUCTURES. After long discussions and thoughts, following problems/ difficulties were came to light regarding these issues :

1. No strong policies / plans for life time maintenance in the initial construction contracts of these infrastructures are there (No where in the world where the people themselve doesnot completely participate in cleanliness or maintenance of public places / infrastructures these can take place without such step).

2. No continous involvement of strong and effective checking / inspecting team for maintenance, cleanliness is there (degree of which can be included in the performance of the infrastructure). 3. No provisioning of Dustbins/ waste management system, effective & life-long complains/suggestions system for that specific infrastructure.

1. A rule has to be made that advertisements/ hoardings in public places by private, public or political parties can be put only if the party agrees to maintain or clean 200 meters area surrounding that point. Now, if the hoarding is placed in an already clean area, it will reflect party's irresponsibility/ lethargic approach to meet the good-cause agreement.
