energy production should not be centralized energy production should be done into the ground state solar energy should be promoted so that people will use solar panel for energy production which will reduce the energy comsumption and every village should produce electricity by solar enegy system, wind energy, small scale river based hydro powerplants, which will help to fullfill need of electricity of village and also it should be sheared between villages.which will generated revenue.

organic framing should be promoted at ground level which will help farmer to reduce cost of chemical farming. which will produce healthy food. mixed farming should also be promoted so that production pulses will also get increased and it will supply nitrogen to other plaints which will result in better and cheaper production.

waste management system must be developed so that wet waste and dry waste should be treated separately. for this collection of dry and wet waste should be done separately and treated at the lower level dry waste should be recycled or incinerated for land filling whereas wet waste should be use as fertilizer.

Do not rely only on giant green projects because it takes time & require huge investments. GO FOR renewal energy GRID for each village having their own source of energy combined from Solar, Solid waste management, Gobar gas and wind.
