It will have a positive impact on cost and environment.

Instead of banning vehicles and burdening the already burdened middle class please plant trees like banyan, peepal and fruit bearing trees- this will help to keep the monkeys at bay on both the sides of golden quadrilateral and other major cities to check pollution levels. The present order will help auto makers more than the environment.

गांवों की अवधारणा यातायात के हिसाब से बेहतर थी ।क्योंकि वहां एक सीमित क्षेत्र में ही बाजार,स्कूल ,घर,अस्पताल आदि होते थे ।जिससे लोग घर से पैदल ही निकल जाते थे अपने गंतव्य तक । बड़े शहरो में यातायात की समस्या इसलिय बढ़ गयी है क्योंकि घर से व्यक्ति अपने गंतव्य तक निजी वाहन से ही जाता है क्योंकि वह बड़ी दूर दूर होते है ।एक स्थान में सारे ऑफिस ,एक स्थान में सारे घर और एक स्थान में सारे स्कूल ये हब कल्चर ही बड़े शहरो की मुख्य समस्या है। मोदी जी अब जो भी स्मार्ट सिटी बने उसमे इन बातो का ख्याल रखा जाये ।

Why can't the Govt cover the Railway tracks with Solar Cells? I know that the initial cost is huge, but a trial should be done on a small length. Railway tracks don't have trees or any construction which block sunlight. The constant movement of trains will be helpful in keeping the solar cell's temperature regulated.
