Delhi like city also require introduction of small electric cars and two wheelers, this will solve lot of issues of metros like Delhi.

I am citizen of Delhi NCR and I see worst environment situation here, electricity is consumed badly without any thought, I suggest to convert Delhi like metros on 100% solar energy, as Mr. Modi has done in Gujarat to cover canals and rivers by solar panel, same can be done in Delhi we have more than 10000 km of road we can cover all the roads by solar panels, which I think can generate enough electricity for the State and people will also get saved by scorching sun light and rain.

Planting saplings on Vanamahotsava is a common practice in schools and colleges. This should be extended by auditing the flora of the campus. The number of saplings added every year and the status of the previous year plants before continuing to plant new ones. The type or species of plants planted will also make a difference.
