In our government school the teachers are not so good so the government should try to employ the most qualified teachers and give them a good salary so that they don't think of joining the private sector. So that the result of the school improves which will make parents give there children in govt schools instead of private school

Try to abolish unpopular minority placement priority by caste system. Rather change the term minority for low income earners in our country other than using it for caste or religion. Thus low income earners have a fair share to improve their kids and get employed in a better company thus improve their family income.

In our education system, we have no touch with the rest of the world. Government should work to link our education system with the world's education system and connecting our students to the rest of the world. This will provide a bigger field to work for the students and they will not confine themselves just to their schools.

If industry is going to give jobs. obviously India Inc or CIA of FICCI or CII etc should be asked to come up with a non-government based independent body to give credit rating and be a regulator too !!!!! Ultimately they pick the passing out students. Now coming to lower level institutions at High schools and primary schools - can CII, or FICCI etc help ?Why not CBSE board set common paper, but paper could be corrected by local schools + an external school to cross verify?

We need an education policy which is dynamic in nature and responsive enough to adopt the recent trends with a balanced approach.Testing a student's ability to memorize things is not required any more.I am currently implementing this for another country in middle east and glad to see this topic being discussed here for India.

Education should contain 50% theory & 50% practicals with the same pattern in examination also I.e. 50% theory & 50% practical and upgrade our educational syllabus to todays industrial requirement or as per the demand of our society. Many a times it happens that we learn things & technologies which are outdated and the real problem arises when we go for jobs and have to spent some time in learning this new things..please vote if you like guys

education system must be standardised. and made common for all student. in fact community or caste based formalities must be removed. Best way to improve education standard is that " every schools in INDIA must be Nationalised" and must come in control of government. This scheme is to provide education to many POOR people who cant even think of education. and can also capitancy in high class private schools. Every engineering counselling must be done IITS and NIITS in every states.

Quality of education needs lots of improvement. There are so many old and new colleges in India. Students studies hard to get admission in these colleges. But when they enter the colleges what they get is totally incompetent environment. The teachers and professors don't teach as per the expectations. The level of education is not as per the speed with which world is changing. They get nothing in their 4 to 5 years of bachelor or masters degrees. After that they are exploited by private firms.
