Traffic challans should be taken from user's bank accounts (or to be paid only on traffic police portals) and not in cash. Most of the cash collected in challans is siphoned. All I, II, III tier cities (urban areas atleast) have cyber dens and extensive internet usage. can be used accordingly.

transmission loss and stop looting of common people.Recentily it is also said that the new electronic meters are set faster than the previos meters Electricity boards are least bothered about the poor people. When we plan infrastructure power transmission without transmission or distribution loss is also planned.

Transmission loss- This is a word used in electicity bill to collect money from bill paying common people for the loss of energy due to distribution.(not consumed by common people)All e.boards never took any preventive measures to stop this which is aproximate a 25% of total production. It is said that a service wire should be less than 90 feet from pole to connected place.but we can see 90 meter is coverd by single service wire. All E.boards should take initiative to stop this ----continue

To control corruption & to make in India scheme a grand success lot of efforts are required .Most important is to tighten bureaucracy to make them accountable. CVC directives No: 23/7/07 and 31/01/09 for transparency and accountability should be made mandatory. Expenditure without competition and on nomination basis should be declared illegal. Biometric System is made applicable to all employees. One day should be fixed for Departmental Meetings .Four days for Public Grievances
