Dear Sir, I wanted to give one simple suggestion that will surely solve major internal problems that our country is facing. such as EDUCATION, FOOD, OLD AGE SUPPORT, AND MANY MORE.. All i want to say is every single of your ''125 crore Bharatvasi'' should feel that ''Acchhe din aa gaye'' HOW CAN YOU DO IT?? i strongly believe in your slogan '' Sab ka sath Sab ka vikas'' i think you should leave this for people of India by creating few separate Prime minister's charitable trusts.

All expenses of government departments should be put on a ERP tool which are commonly used in companies. All 'overhead' expenses like petrol, travel and entertainment should be, first, budgeted and then monitored against this budget. 2. Sending government officers on study tours abroad - ALONG WITH THEIR WIFE and CHILDREN - on BUSINESS CLASS must be immediately discontinued. 3. Compulsory CAG audit of all government departments / schemes and new fund releases only after satisfactory audit

fundamental flaw in budgeting is that an attempt is made to utilize budgets remaining at the end of the year. This results in wasteful expenditure. budgeting process needs to be done quarterly. to avoid this and better planning - many existing IT tools can be applied with adequate delegation of powers inbuilt

If only our PM gives a Sterns warning to all SARPANCHs to stop leakages in PDS and eliminate Ghost BPL (and others) cards along with making them accountable will save thousands of Crores in Central Government. State Government has not done any census/survey since last 20 years and continue to distribute Central Govt. aided Free / Almost Free Rice to those (non existant) who are dead and also to those who have left villages long long time ago as there is no accountability

All those govt. department which needs to generate money, but continuously in loss, should be studied the root cause for loss as railway department, air india should be profit making department but such department are having losses then loss making reasons needs to be identified, required changes should be applied considering the market competition and public service quality immediately. To control the food/vegetable inflation, a central govt. structure needs to be developed similar to dairy.

Some of our metro city has established vast and extensive network infra of pre paid telephone lines. It will be very cost effective to utilize this existing infrastructure to covert pre paid telephone booth in wifi hot spots. Pre-paid phone booth are rarely used in this mobile communication era. It can be started as pilot project for a portion of city but will be very cost effective steps towards SMART City.

In Indian Railways, every Group B officers is allotted official Laptop, but still they are using latest Desktop in their office, and working staff of their office are using dam old computers made for DOS. This is real fact in my department. All the officers got latest version with High tech configuration which are procured fro 3D model making, but near by 5 of them are used by officers in their cabin. Is this correct, once they got Laptop, they should not use office desktop procured for staff.
