Sir, first we will split the total length of the river into multiples of 50 km or 100 km stretch, and form a body who will take responsiblity for finding the source of contamination, monitoring of the same, activities for controlling , meeting etc and all these bodies will be under one umbrella which can be controlled exclusively by an senior level collector or any passionatite person who is committed for green enviornrment.

Quarterly Expense Reports should be monitored closely on a monthly basis and questions raised. No point doing it at the end of the year. The person raising the questions should be empowered and act as on your behalf. You need a strong manager.

एक ही प्रकार के कम कई संस्थाएं करती है. जैसे टेलीफोन विभाग, जल विभाग, नगर निगम और विद्युत् विभाग इनके द्वारा सड़क की खुदाई की जाती है, और इन चारों बिभाग द्वारा इसपर चार बार खर्च किया जाता है. इनके बीच तालमेल और technology का उपयोग कर इस खर्च को १/४ किया जा सकता ही. जिसका असर सड़क मरम्मत में होने वाले एक्सपेंस को भी कम कर देगा.

भारत में जितने भी ऑडिट अथॉरिटीज हैं. उनके कर्मचारियों/ अधिकारीयों की संपत्ति की जाँच कराकर घोसना पत्र प्राप्त किया जाये. बल्कि पहले इस प्रकार का स्व विश्लेषित घोसना पत्र तो सभी सरकारी अधिकारीयों से लिया जाये. इसका psychological इफ़ेक्ट पड़ेगा. और government को एक रॉ डाटा प्राप्त होगा.

Jai-Hind sir, pls consider my opinion on Railway Transporting System in our country. sir if we add 3 Boggies in our Passenger & Express trains which will carry Milk, vegetables & commodities like his , in this way sir we will not only save our Transortation cost but also we will generate Revenue for our railways too. sir this perishable Goods are going through Road Transportation system which will make it costly n takes too much time to reach the destination

मेडिसिन और मेडिकल एकुय्प्मेंट के जितने भी रजिस्टर्ड कंपनीज हैं. उनकी रेट लिस्ट पर वर्ष लेकर सभी स्टेट्स/ सेंटर्स और ऑडिट अथॉरिटीज को दे दी जाये. और सारी खरीद उन्ही रेट लिस्ट पर हो. क्योंकि सारा घपला इसी रेट्स और रेट लिस्ट पर होता है. distributors को समस्त दवाएं एक जगह पहुचने के बजाये सोर्स पॉइंट्स तक पहुचने की व्यस्थता की जाये. और हॉस्पिटल्स पर स्टॉक डिस्प्ले बोर्ड्स लगाये जाएँ.

primary/tertiary health care centres should b funded on monthly direct imprest. Expense standard to be set for each of these centres. Alternatively pay off to doctors, nurses, maids, medicince vendors must be direct to avoid leakage. Medical equipment must be leased out.instead of outright spend

Cost of poor quality is a culprit that kills expenditure efficiency Eg If a road is built and caves in within a year, it has to be rebuilt at a higher cost. Thats a waste. Its not just about roads its about all expenditure which needs to be repeated to maintain because of poor quality. Stringent quality parameters must be defined for any public spend. The standards must be set to international levels. International accreditati must be earned by these agencies who wish to take contracts,NoRework
