Due to the declaration of various free schemes, our agricultural sector is neglected day- by- day. The concerned people are disliking to do hard work in agricultural field in rural areas by getting such benefits focused for vote. It may affect the economic status of our country. The Govt. should plan new schemes, how the above classes need to be self- dependent. The benefits of “Food Security Law” should be given to needy and down trodden people only. I am requesting to consider this proposal.

अत: यदि सरकारी कार्यालयों द्वारा ई-मेल के माध्‍यम से कोई सूचना प्रसारित की जाती है तो उसकी हार्ड कॉपी निकाल कर पुन: प्रेषित नहीं करनी चाहिए। इस प्रकार पोस्‍टेज में लगे धन के साथ-2 कागज की भी बचत होगी। साथ ही सरकारी कार्यालयों में दस्‍तावेज के पुन: प्राप्‍ति पर उसके निस्‍तारण में लगे समय की भी बचत होगी।

वर्तमान में सरकारी कार्यालयों द्वारा सूचनाओं के प्रसार के लिए ई-मेल का उपयोग किया जा रहा है, जो कि एक सराहनीय प्रयास है। क्‍योंकि इसके माध्‍यम से समय, धन तथा कागज की बचत होती है। परन्‍तु प्राय: यह देखा गया है कि ई-मेल भेजने के साथ-2 उसकी हार्ड कॉपी भी सम्‍बन्‍धित कार्यालयों में भेजी जाती है, जबकि जिस ई-मेल प्राप्‍त करने वाले कार्यालय द्वारा भी उसका प्रिन्‍ट निकाल लिया जाता है। इस प्रकार एक ही दस्‍तावेज की 2 प्रतियॉं हो जाती है, जिससे कागज के साथ-2 उसे पोस्‍ट करने के लिए धन का दुरूपयोग हो रहा है।

i want to say something,please change the system of BHARAT RATAN AWARD. because this prize based on popularity & political source. only this reason most eligible candidate not get bharat ratan prize till now . i give you fresh example of NOBEL PRIZE WINNER Mr. KAILASH SATYARTHI .he is indian but not received even single prize by indian goverment like PADMA SHRI etc because lac of popularity &political source.i think this is not good in democracy country its my request please change this system.

1. In next pay commission double the salaries of the lowest ranks. The poor chaprasi, the police, sepoy, clerks, etc. With better pay 2 advantages- they will be bound to do their job better. Secondly they will not have to take bribes to keep their family kitchen running and happy. 2. Reduce money to each project and ensure the project is completed on time. This means the project should be done without corruption. As 30-40% of money of each project is utilized in bribery.

1. A proper statistical data must be prepared according to the previous expenditure & according to the percent of contribution of that field in GDP. Those field must be given priority whose percent in GDP is lower & there is a scope of improvement. Other thing is a roadmap must be made as how to minimize expenditure in each department, techniques & mathematical calculations can give solution to all these problems. To improve efficiency & decrease expenditure, related departments must be merged.

Is yojna antargat agar hume 25 pratishat ka bhi dhan prapta ho jaye to bhi 125 crore ki janta ki taraf se kam se kam 30 crore har roj jama honge aur har mahine ke 900 crore aur saal bhar me 10800crore.
