A NEW EDUCATION POLICYFOR INDIA SHOULD BE DIFFERENT.IT SHOULD MORE PRONE TO PRACTICAL&VISUALIZATION.I.E WHAT THEY LEARNT AS THEORY THEY SHOULD KNOW HOW THING IS HAPPEN PRACTICALLY AT PRIMARY OR INTERMEDIATE LEVEL BECOZ IT IS PLATFORM TO PERFORM NEXT.& GOVT SHOULD EXPEND ON THIS TO DEVELOPE THE BASE OF ACHILD.TECHNOLOGICALLY DEVELOPED COUNTRIES ARE MORE DEVELOPED COUNTRY.

Well established corporates may be prompted to start industry linked courses of their own or to start Educational /Vocational courses jointly with Universities.Research and Development for industry is a potential area that India need. Innovations to improve the quality of living and work shall be a priority area where technical assistance and financial support are to be given

I also agree with my friends that first we should improve our basic education system and ensure that each and every child get equal level playing field.

Employability implies adaptability. Employers want people with adaptability skills who can adapt to any situations. In present scenario, any good employee should have basic skills of marketing, IT and environment consciousness. Vocational interdisciplinary courses and internship programs are very common and suitable means to draw the creativity of the students. Only through creativity and the above skills, an employee can stitch to his/her employer.

Engaging industry is just a partial solution. It improves skill of 1 in just one dimension n doesnt give justice 2 one's potential from all dimensions. Y there is lack of emplyability? Its bcoz of 1 lackin in BASICS. Employability means how much 1 is good in applying basics (EMPLOYABILITY= BASICS + APPLYING BASICS). So it's imp- how 1 learns &/or how 1 is taught to learn d things. We need to improve this basic aspect of education which will automatically improve emplyability.

Anaytics would be the next Big thing after IT in next 5 years . So Please include Data Analytics as totally different Engineering and Management Course . Make Statistics a part at High school studies because it is a base of Analytics .Unlike US government India should look forward in becoming super power in Analytics . India should Produce Skilled Data scientist which would be the Future of any Developed Country . Even Data scientist to be Hired in government sectors like Railway , Health etc.

Today after completing his Engineering he doesn't know what to do . 70% Engineering students don't get placement they lost what to do next . A mechanical and Electronic Engineer start doing Course on IT because he is not getting relevant job in his Field that means he has waste his 4 years . This is most important step towards skill development.

Our Education system need a great reforms , I am an Engineering Graduate what we are learning today are of no use in our professional life . we are studying GSM CDMA today where The Telecom industry is towards 4G LTE technology the reason why Engineers strugle today for job. Most importantly Industrial training and Project should me made Compulsion for every Graduate today before he Completes his Degree . A high weightage should be given to his industrial training in the final year
