आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं आपका ध्यान एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हूं, जो हमारे देश के लोकतंत्र के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। मैं बात कर रहा हूं मतदान प्रक्रिया में सुधार की। आजकल, बहुत से लोग रोजगार या शिक्षा के लिए अपने घर छोड़कर दूसरे राज्यों या जिलों में रहते हैं। ऐसे में जब चुनाव होते हैं, तो वे अपना वोट नहीं दे पाते हैं। जबकि मतदान का अधिकार हर भारतीय को है जिसने 18 वर्ष की आयु पूरी कर ली है। मेरा सुझाव है कि आप एक ऐसा सिस्टम बनाएं जिससे हर व्यक्ति वोट दे सके। मेरा मानना है कि जिस तरह लोगों को आधार कार्ड बनवाने के लिए आधार केंद्र जाना होता है, उसी तरह आप केंद्र बनाएं। इन केंद्रों में, आधार कार्ड और वोटर आईडी कार्ड का उपयोग करके, चुनाव से पहले, व्यक्ति अपने नजदीकी केंद्र का चयन कर सकेगा। उसे एक एडमिट कार्ड जैसा पास जारी किया जाएगा, जिसमें केंद्र का नाम और पता लिखा होगा। वह वहां जाकर अपना वोट दे सकेगा। केंद्र के रूप में किसी भी सरकारी संस्था का उपयोग किया जा सकता है, जैसे बैंक, डाकघर, या चुनाव आयोग स्वयं प्रत्येक राज्य में केंद्र बनाए।
