विश्वविद्यालयों में पहले भारतीय रैंकिंग की व्यवस्था पर अमल हो। अर्थात छात्रों के परिणाम के आधार पर रैंकिंग की ब्यवस्था हो। जिन विश्वविद्यालयों का परिणाम अच्छा नहीं है उन्हें बंद कर नए विश्वविद्यालओं को मान्यता मिले। हम अभी भी पुराने तकनीकों को आधार बनाकर चल रहे हैं। नए तकनीकों को लागू करने की जरूरत है। प्रतिभाशाली शिक्षकों का चयन कर उन्हें पुरष्कृत किया जाना चाहिए। विश्वविद्यालयों तथा शिक्षकों की प्रतियोगिता आयोजित हों तथा छात्रों की प्रतियोगिता आयोजित किये जाने चाहिए।

now a days CCE based examination in the school level.due to it all the students logical and reasoning power is very week.

involve the students in research work right from college level, infrastructure must be provided, funds as a percentage of gdp must be increased,resilient system for project failure,international journals must be made available,initiatives like that of china 1000 talents where diaspora is engaged with universities must be taken, most of the teachers in many institutes are on contract basis thus lacks efficiency and those who are on permanent basis lacks motivation for involvement.

Education policy should be unique from kashmir to kanyakumari.Students are very much suffering because of their different education policy and languages.There should be good teaching faculty,proper environment,etc.,There must be a practical syllabus.All educational institution must come under an unique board."YOUTHS ARE NOT USELESS THEY ARE USING LESS".We have to use them in useful way.We are having all resources within us,we should think and act in the proper way where we will get benefit....

MY SUGGESTION

The number of institutes with quality research facilities are very few, say 10 to 12. Even in these institutes majority of students lose interest in their field of study by the final year. So its crucial to involve them in research from very first year. Currently this is pursued by lab sessions, but there is no freedom to explore and all you do is perform a set of steps written in the lab manual. Students should have freedom to explore. Afterall, freedom is the basic necessity of progress.

Our curriculum doesn't approves failures.Hence most of the PhD/M.S works are not innovative. Instead they follow a safe path of finding a research gap and filling it.Innovative researches surely involves risk.There are high chances that no substantial results will not be yielded. In such cases he/she will have to again change the research topic or some times have to stop the entire work.And finally he/she eill not be awarded the degree. Sort of open and free research should be there

I think ki ranking is not so much important but Accreditation is very IMPORTANT thing their should be UNIQUE agency to rank higher education , please do not make separate agencies for discipline oriented course ( for example currently there is NAAC . AICTE/DTE / Pharmacy Council of India /Architectural Board ) , Please dissolve all these accrediting bodies into a singular body and PLEASE MAKE UNIFORM criteria for accreditation .

most of the institution and universities are running with the minimum requirements. Now at this stage how can anyone expect ranking of those at international level. Gov must be very much strict towards the the affiliating or accreditation agencies like UGC,MCI,PCI,AICTE,BCI,DCI,NCI etc...I am doing job in a pharmacy Institute.It lacks books,teachers,instruments etc. but still approved by pharmacy council of india.How and why.......This MY GOV will not succeed if it avoids
