भारत सरकार ने मौजूदा आधिकारिक मान्यता और रैंकिंग सिस्टम में बढ़ती चिंताओं को दूर करने के लिए एक हाई-लेवल कमेटी का गठन किया था। इस समिति ने रणनीतिक सुधारों को लागू करने पर विचार किया, जो राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के विज़न के अनुरूप है और प्रौद्योगिकी-संचालित आधुनिक प्रणालियों के जरिए सत्यापित और सुरक्षित केंद्रीकृत डेटाबेस के साथ उच्च शैक्षणिक संस्थानों की मान्यता और रैंकिंग के लिए एक सरल, विश्वास-आधारित, वस्तुनिष्ठ और तर्कसंगत प्रणाली अपनाने की आवश्यकता पर विचार किया। समिति ने हितधारकों के लिए कारोबार को आसान बनाने, संस्थानों/कार्यक्रमों के चयन के लिए अधिक जानकारी वाले विकल्प चुनने में छात्रों की सुविधा प्रदान करने के तरीकों पर भी विचार किया।

कई विचार-विमर्श के बाद, एक उच्च-स्तरीय समिति ने उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को 'भारत के सभी उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों के समय-समय पर आकलन और आधिकारिक मान्यता को मज़बूत करने के लिए परिवर्तनकारी सुधार' उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को.

इसके आलोक में माईगव ने शिक्षा मंत्रालय के सहयोग से सभी हितधारकों से रिपोर्ट को अंतिम रूप देने के लिए फीडबैक और सुझाव मांगे हैं।

इस रिपोर्ट को अब 15 जुलाई, 2023 तक के लिए सार्वजनिक कर दिया गया है।

❤🙏 Honourable Mr PM Narendra Modi ji, Why in our India, only farmers can buy Agriculture Lands? Due to this rule, common people can't do farming and agricultural related other business like Cow milk etc. Sir, please make rule, Laws so that any Indian citizens can buy Agriculture Lands in anywhere in India. Sir, we can add restrictions such as 1] Limitations of area for land buying. 2] Strictly monitoring, that is person using Agricultural Land for farming purpose or not. If not we can punish him. By doing this,I think our Bharat Mata will progress, develop fastly.🙏 Thanks and regards, Nilesh Pralhad Kale

Cont'd--As it was a process for over 2000 years. Simply a person cannot build such monuments individually team work, imagination, inventions,passion, faith in the team to create proudly what is before us even now. We have been pushed to poverty robbing all the assets, burning the most important treasurers of recorded knowledge. The present education system brought to us by British is it right, does it induce creativity or dependence. Every country has education system to be progressive. To be on the top you need a different thinking like what our ancestors had. Now it's a must to go abroad for higher education. Most important is opening of minds nobody came to teach us when so many wonderful things were built. In this electronic age we should rise above western knowledge to be on the top again. I feel inducing imagination, creativity, passion, team work have to be pillars of our universities. This can make countries few trillions dream come true.

Mygovt is trying to get suggestions on reforms,periodic assessment,accreditation of higher education systems in the country. I have very little knowledge on this subject. Attempting to get few more score on this portal. I have been a bad student on this portal. Still struggling to get more points for past couple of years. What is surprising to me is very few retired academicians participate. They know the loopholes in the system capabilities of students in general. My view is in general pinnacle in education & success for the country is more important. With 1.4 billion minds how many noble prizes do we have to our credit. Oldest civilization with proof of creativity & creations. We have finest monuments created by an non existent degree or marks. A person's passion in building with imagination coupled with science of great depths. Everyone acknowledges our ancestors capacities. Why so much disconnect there has to be a system in place for centuries. As it was a process for -- cont'd

It's being more 2 months.I am sending to the higher authorities of railways.As I believe rather only creations we also have to give focus on maintenance.Understand my words every train is getting late it's ok if it is 10-20 mins but from last 2 months I am travelling from tamilnadu to madhya pradesh to odisha due conferences as I am research scholar means PhD student of an Organisation. I really believe that railway punctuality is main issue. One more point if a road building construction is giving to any tender they just cut the trees from root up to more than 100 Kms .I really request government to take initiative that shift the large trees from one place to another because all we know one genuine tree needs approx 30-50 years to be it's full efficiency to give oxygen . One more Government have to keep a scheme where like postal type you can keep your money and it will give the highest returns among all the banks so all the investment comes to government and government should develop

my suggestion is take location to all employees in India in every 2 hours, officers missing our chair need to control this bad practice,they reporting false they order in case false with taking bribe. it's a speed breaker of development without money not a single work posible all pending works due to not paid bribe,if you pay bribe no paper check if not pay your all right paper become wrong by officials. bribe root is in very deep need to remove all loopholes, common man hrass by all officials. need to every and each thing digitise and faceless.

suggestions on reforms for strengthening for peroidic assessments and acceleration of all higher educational institutions is very important and necessary for growth of our youth and our country. All higher educational institutions should give preference to all students who want to pursue higher education but unable to afford due to any reason. Education should be free for all children and interests of children should be given preference as per their choice. children are our backbone and future of country. efforts should be made to ensure that our children should be happy in our country and more children should enroll for higher studies. educational institutions should encourage our children with all possible benefits and support in every aspect of education which children want to achieve. it is duty of our society to make sure that we understand what our children need and all higher educational institutions should provide them with their skills and knowledge.
