भारत सरकार ने मौजूदा आधिकारिक मान्यता और रैंकिंग सिस्टम में बढ़ती चिंताओं को दूर करने के लिए एक हाई-लेवल कमेटी का गठन किया था। इस समिति ने रणनीतिक सुधारों को लागू करने पर विचार किया, जो राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के विज़न के अनुरूप है और प्रौद्योगिकी-संचालित आधुनिक प्रणालियों के जरिए सत्यापित और सुरक्षित केंद्रीकृत डेटाबेस के साथ उच्च शैक्षणिक संस्थानों की मान्यता और रैंकिंग के लिए एक सरल, विश्वास-आधारित, वस्तुनिष्ठ और तर्कसंगत प्रणाली अपनाने की आवश्यकता पर विचार किया। समिति ने हितधारकों के लिए कारोबार को आसान बनाने, संस्थानों/कार्यक्रमों के चयन के लिए अधिक जानकारी वाले विकल्प चुनने में छात्रों की सुविधा प्रदान करने के तरीकों पर भी विचार किया।

कई विचार-विमर्श के बाद, एक उच्च-स्तरीय समिति ने उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को 'भारत के सभी उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों के समय-समय पर आकलन और आधिकारिक मान्यता को मज़बूत करने के लिए परिवर्तनकारी सुधार' उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार को.

इसके आलोक में माईगव ने शिक्षा मंत्रालय के सहयोग से सभी हितधारकों से रिपोर्ट को अंतिम रूप देने के लिए फीडबैक और सुझाव मांगे हैं।

इस रिपोर्ट को अब 15 जुलाई, 2023 तक के लिए सार्वजनिक कर दिया गया है।

jo ration card banaye jaate hai usme apl aur bpl card banane ka kya pamana hai, kya ye jagjo tk hi simit hai dharatal pr nahi kyoki garib to kagaz banwa sakta aur paise wale manmafik kagaz banwakar bpl card bhi banwa lete hain koi adhikary dekhne nahi jaata aur garib ke to adhikari khud hi kagzo me badi income bharkar bpl se bahar kr dete hai kya sarkar ka yahi paimana hai? kripya iski janch kre tabhi aapko pata chalega,karib 60%aisa hi milega kyonki parshad hi apne apne votor ke banwate hai

Although NIRF is doing the task of ranking the higher educational institutions, it will be better if the Education Ministry also does the same. An institution must be ranked based on - the infrastructure, (for medical institutions, hospital infra is a must), students' admission every year, variety of subjects offered, facilities for R&D present/not, opportunities for pursuing PhD or M.tech or MD/MS, presence of highly qualified faculties, quality of living of the students (hostel facilities), well equipped laboratories for practical and fieldworks, and also levels of political interference. Also a feedback from all the students, parents and teachers regarding the institute and how much do they recommend others is also very much needed. Because it is they who can best judge the institute. This ranking can then be compared with that of NIRF and others who rank the institutions across India. This ranking must be done atleast every 2-5 years so that the institutes get time to improve.

In India we should acknowledge all kind of Jobs, Services, Business, Entrepreneurship and Management Education in Hindi version also. It means those students and professional want to achieve success in their Services, enterprise/business by studying different methods, strategies, articles and techniques can do advance courses in hindi medium also. Hindi is mother language of India. We promote Hindi in our country as promote as every developed countries do in their own country. Japan - Japanese for all higher education China - Mandarin for all higher education France - French and English for all higher education. Spain - Spanish and English South Korea- korean for all higher education Russia- Russian for all research, scientific, military, trade, business and education. Canada- English and French Australia- English USA- English, Spanish and French Britain- English

Honorable Prime ministerji My humble request before introducing any reforms in educational sector, please start from root level i e. family. Nowadays it has been seen everywhere parents are separated due to family or any other reasons this has great impact on child's mind. Children or students are the future work force for the country. Bring some changes in family system for the sake of children. Make it mandatory that both the parents should attend the school meetings,if they are divorced or living separately without legal divorce upto their child's 5 standard. This will definitely help for the child's mental ability to concentrate on studies. Thank you. Forgive me if my opinion is wrong.

Sir Before reform we have to change the education system. Campus drive should be introduced in education system. Sri for example one IIT student is willing to join in a company in 60lac per annum so we have to join in campuses drive and select Candidate for our colleges. I can give examples students will prefer teaching than any service. In IT sector they will work for 10 hours evenif in Railways they will work for 8 to 12 hours. but in teaching line one have to work for 6 hours with 2 to 3 months leave so everyone will prefer Education line.

FDI,GOVT deemed Universities,Indian institute of languages,higher education ministry at Central level,credit system,open book in some courses,pilot project,funds to education acc to population,practical learning,introduce new courses which are job oriented.higher education institutions and reaserch centers and companies MOU s, CBCS also job oriented subjects, study from home, super numery seats for foreign students, all courses in regional languages also.strengthen the primary education and secondary with zero dropouts and world class,India must be in top ten in the world by 2030.introduce degree in University campuses.super numery seats to women, compulsory board exam in 10 th class.one country one syllabus,except languages etc,PG and PhD must in every graduation subject, strengthen the distance education also, review the age limits,change the syllabus of every course acc to jobs and country needs,must follow circulam,govt must turn all universities and higher education institutions.

ALSO UGC LIKE NCERT SHOULD DESIGN ITS OWN TEXTBOOKS FOR UNIVERSITY LEVEL...SO THAT STUDENTS FACE NO DIFFICULTY IN COMPETING WITH CENTRE UNIVERSITY AND IN CUET( PG).. SOME SPECIAL UNIVERSITIES LIKE IITs and IIMs Should be open for OTHER DISCIPLINES TOO..LIKE INDIAN SCHOOL OF SOCIAL SCIENCES, INDIAN SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS, INDIAN SCHOOL OF BIOTECHNOLOGY, INDIAN SCHOOL OF MILITARY STUDIES AND DEFENCE...WITH PROPER R&D FACILITIES.... STUDENTS SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO SHOWCASE THEIR DEVELOPMENT IN ANY FIELD THEY PURSUE( BE IT STEM, SOCIAL SCIENCES, VOCATION, FINE ARTS,SPORTS,JOURNALISM,ANIMATION,ROBOTICS,A.I. ETC.)
