सामाजिक पहुंच और साम्यता का मामला काफी जटिल है। हालांकि, लाभवंचित समूहों जैसे अ.जा., अ.ज.जा., मुस्लिमों, बालिकाओं और विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों तथा सामान्य जनसंख्या के बीच औसत नामांकनों के अंतरालों में कमी आई है, ऐतिहासिक दृष्टि से लाभवंचित और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर बच्चों के अधिगम स्तरों, जिनमें सीखने की समझ बहुत कम होती है, में अभी तक बड़ा अंतराल है। व्याोपक और बढ़ते हुए अधिगम अंतरालों ने नामांकन क्षेत्र में प्राप्त समानता के लाभों को खतरा पहुंचाया है क्योंकि अधिगम के कम स्तरों वाले बच्चों के पढ़ाई बीच में छोड़कर जाने की संभावना अधिक रहती है। हमें स्त्री-पुरूष और सामाजिक अंतराल कम करने के मौजूदा हस्तक्षेपों की जांच करने तथा प्रभावकारी समावेश के लिए केन्द्रित कार्यनीतियों को पहचानने की आवश्यकता है।

I appreciate our honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi's call to upper classes to give up gas subsidies. He must similarly launch a call to the upper classes belonging to backward castes to give up privileges on grounds of reservation. Also I can find that a considerable percentage of upper caste people are also economically backward. It may benefit people who truly are in need of such privileges. I truly believe that BJP has the political will and courage to do that.

As all know there is reservation category at every steps of Indian life, even the noble profession HEALTH SCIENCE education, MAHARASHTRA has 53% category reservation, above MARATWADA, VIDARBHA reservations. This reservation category should increase to 80% to 90% & the rest for the richer class so that there are more reservation category & richer class students. the middle class to search education to other countries and serve then.

Reservation policy is killing entire system, it has become burden on taxpayer money, actual beneficiary almost not getting benefit as creamy layer people are smart enough to grab all schemes. I found due to this reservation policy there is huge gap in quality education provided to SC and ST. I would be better to roll out one India one policy on basis of economically weaker section should only get assistant without discriminating with cast, class, religion.

reservation by caste are the reason of our disunity. children don't know what is a cast or religion and will be great for our future if they remain unknown of these bullshit cause they only create difference I mean how could people start believing in religion more than they believe in god. Poor people need reservation more than people belonging to some minority cast. In my opinion reservation should be given according to their Rashan Card Colour not their sir name.

Though inclusive education for all differently abled in the same normal school is the dream goal, the normal schools lack the trained special teachers to make it happen. In most of the states kids with moderate to severe disability are admitted to special schools which are governed by Dept of Social Justice & Empowerment who lack the educational view point. All these schools should be attached to dept of education who can create a special education cell in their dept.
