सामाजिक पहुंच और साम्यता का मामला काफी जटिल है। हालांकि, लाभवंचित समूहों जैसे अ.जा., अ.ज.जा., मुस्लिमों, बालिकाओं और विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों तथा सामान्य जनसंख्या के बीच औसत नामांकनों के अंतरालों में कमी आई है, ऐतिहासिक दृष्टि से लाभवंचित और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर बच्चों के अधिगम स्तरों, जिनमें सीखने की समझ बहुत कम होती है, में अभी तक बड़ा अंतराल है। व्याोपक और बढ़ते हुए अधिगम अंतरालों ने नामांकन क्षेत्र में प्राप्त समानता के लाभों को खतरा पहुंचाया है क्योंकि अधिगम के कम स्तरों वाले बच्चों के पढ़ाई बीच में छोड़कर जाने की संभावना अधिक रहती है। हमें स्त्री-पुरूष और सामाजिक अंतराल कम करने के मौजूदा हस्तक्षेपों की जांच करने तथा प्रभावकारी समावेश के लिए केन्द्रित कार्यनीतियों को पहचानने की आवश्यकता है।

India has one of the highest suicide rates in the world -- and recent studies suggest about 40 percent are adolescents. Reasons: India's education system is based on rote learning, or memorization, with a strong emphasis on scoring high marks. Classrooms are typically places filled with boiler cooker pressure. Creativity has no place in our education system.

In the United Nations Arab human development report for 2004 the Arab researchers claim that rote learning is a major contributing factor to the lack of progress in science and research & development in the Arab countries. In our country, student studies much more concepts/subjects than a student of a developed countries, we have more degree holders, engineers and scientist. But No innovation. No problem of country seems to solved. We still buy the products from foreign instead of making them.

Dr.Ramaa S National Institutes working for the welfare and education of CWSN including NCERT with its constituent units as well as Special Education Departments of various Universities have a major role to play in the mission of inclusive education. The Teacher Educators and Investigators should focus their attention on this field.

Dr. Ramaa S To implement the philosophy and principles of inclusive education for children with special needs, the schools should become inclusive schools with infrastructure, curriculum adaptations and well trained teachers with competence and commitment. All the teachers in the country need training in this area. There should be a massive training programme.

Inclusive edn. basic need to have need based resource room for CWSN. Attitudinal change at all levels - to admit CSWN & 'the others'. Referral system at village level is necessary to ensure correct diagnosis of CSWN. Resource room can be equipped with ICT as per the need of the children. Barrier free classroom will remove all the barriers in their education

Special education up to 12 level for differently able persons shall be available in all villages with conveyance facility.Opportunity for higher education /Vocational Training shall be available to them in all Taluks.Social welfare Departments may monitor and assist them to find self employment nearby their houses.Teachers who impart training /complementary education to them at convenience of the differently able persons may be considered for an allowance.

wemust trained girls in self defence rather bookish knowledge there must be training giving in away that they can be self dependent its with self respect yoga must be compoulsary for all Rather than changing course in 6year it must be upragaded and braile books must be available with help of gov

I sincerely believe that present education system lacks creativity. We do not encourage our kids to raise questions however nonsense it might look. As Einstein had once suggested, every breakthrough looks nonsense at first sight. Teachers should carefully observe the qualities and interest of students and encourage them to pursue in that direction only. We have to move from the system of "producing good students" to the system of "producing creative students". Time will tell how we will succeed
