Haryana gov started very good initiative of CM window but this requires complaint to be registered at district office which may not have all the issues faced by common people like bad roads, sanitation etc. moreover not everyone can go to district office because of lack of time. It would be better if complaint could be logged directly on the Internet . Hopefully u will do something in this regard.

I would suggest to start some kind of annual award for best performing state, parameters could be employment, security, development , revenue collection etc . This will help in building states and eventually will help building strong nation.
