One really feels high about a situation wherein (no political intentions intended) while certain quarters with any intentions but with welfare of the people in mind, are at work to draw agenda of creating despare in the mind of people, WE ARE HAVING THE PRIME MINISTER WHO IS FOLLOWING THE AGENGA OF EMPOWERING THE PEOPLE IN VARIOUS WAYS. THE LAUNCH OF THE THREE SCHEMES IN LESS THAN AS MANY WEEKS SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT THE GRIT & DETERMINATION OF HON'BLE PRIME MINISTER. DIFFERENCE OF INTENTIONS!!

A major gap can be reduced by imposing standardization and interoperability of various data bases of the department. Aadhaar is one tool which reduces many junk/duplicate data. When data becomes simple, unique then understanding becomes easy. If we focus our strength on mobile for service delivery, digital literacy to public can be minimized. Instead of many apps, make one common application for front end where service can be requested.

It will take a lot of time to make the rural sections aware about the digital services and technologies. If they are made aware then language and method of using technology can act as a barrier in its success. So keeping in view digital India for our economic prosperity I am working on a device which can connect the agriculture sector with experts. Each panchyat has to register the device with main head office which would be located in each and every district.Refer http://digifarmtech.blogspot.in/

There should be a digital estimate bank for various construction works so that there is a landmark for each work and to avoid arbitrariness and waste of money. For example overhead water reservoir for villages. There should also be project bank comprising various entrepreneur projects for small scale industries for village youth. So that they get a guideline for initiating the project.
