When we do not reduce petrol and diesel prices along with international market we are making the poor pay for the infrastructure being planned to be built using the oil prices buffer .hence this is a regressive policy .We must keep the petrol and diesel prices strictly linked with international prices and not load excise duty to create oil price buffer .The price of infrastructure should be paid by users and not the poor of the country

First websites of the government and vital private organisations should be user friendly. All vital information including the contact details must available. Any digital query must be answered immediately by the officials. If these are implemented then only we can realise digital India

This would help poor students to get those materials which a rich student gets after paying lakhs of money to coachiing institutes. Thus a poor student can also study as like of rich or middle class students and achieve his goal. This would lead to his employment and also remove poverty from his family.Especially students living in villages can get very much benifit from it.Because they would need to spend just 5 rupees per week. These papers can also be made available online.

Sir,I would like to give an idea of a newspaper like paper(Similar in Appearance(Size)) publication which contains study material for students.Different papers for different fields like science, arts, etc. The paper should contain all contents related to a subject. For example for an IIT-JEE preparing student a paper containing all the material on periodic basis should be published,It would also contain finanicial help centres for poor ones.Cost only 5 rupees.Edu. institutes-source for contents.
