हर साल 21 अप्रैल को सिविल सेवा दिवस का आयोजन किया जाता है, जहाँ सिविल सेवक नागरिकों के हितों के लिए खुद को पुनःसमर्पित करते हैं और सार्वजनिक सेवाओं के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धता एंव नवीनीकृत को दोहराते है। इस श्रृंखला के 9 वें सिविल सेवा दिवस का आयोजन विज्ञान भवन नई दिल्ली में 20-21 अप्रैल, 2015 को किया जा रहा है।

इस सम्मेलन का उद्देश्य सिविल सेवा के महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं पर विचार करना, चर्चा करना और सुझावों का आदान प्रदान करना है। किसानों पर प्रस्तावित सम्मेलन के लिए निम्नलिखित विषयों पर सिविल सेवकों और जनता से सुझाव मांगें जा रहे हैः

1. अगले दो साल में किन क्षेत्रों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने की आवश्यकता हैं? सबसे महत्वपुर्ण क्या है और सिविल सेवकों के रूप में हमारे लिए महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्र क्या है?

2. लैब से फार्म तक- हम कृषि अनुसंधान शुरू करने के लिए अधिक से अधिक लोगों को कैसे प्रोत्साहित कर सकते हैं? हमारे बैकएंड अनुसंधान को मजबूत करने के लिए क्या किया जाना चाहिए?

3. फार्म से टेबल तक - हमारे आपूर्ति श्रृंखला को मजबूत बनाने में प्रमुख मार्कर क्या हैं? उपभोक्ता विकल्प की बढ़ती विविधता के रूप में किसानों को क्रय शक्ति क्षमता में वृद्धि द्वारा लाभ कैसे हो सकता है?

4. एसेस टू क्रेडिट - हम किसानों की बेहतरी के लिए वित्तीय समावेशन का लाभ कैसे उठा सकते है?

5. भूमिहीन श्रमिकों के संबंध में क्या रणनीति बनानी चाहिए? हम यह कैसे सुनिश्चित करें की वे अवसरों का उपयोग करने में सक्षम हैं?

Dear Sir, One suggestion is to invite more corporates in the agriculture sector. Farmers can sell their lands to the corporates, which should only be used for agriculture. In turn the corporates can employ the farmers in the fields. This can help the farmers get a steady income, corporates will use latest techniques for farming, they will be responsible for development of the villages, middle men will be eliminated, cheaper price for crops to the people. This will reduce ppl movmnt to cities

Honorable Sir, It has been estimated that population of India will touch 1.4 billion by 2025 and 1.7 billion by 2050. On the contrary India’s grocery list for 2025 is daunting: 260-264 million tonnes (mt) of foodgrain, 151-193mt of vegetables, 84-106 mt of fruits. Therefore future need should also be taken into account in planning process. Regards

1. Major Land Reforms are required. 2. Present Land Revenue Code be reviewed forthwith.3 Compulsory crop insurance for all farmers at lower rates and speedy settlement of their claims arising out of crop insurance.4. Major forestation programme needed to enhance water level and preventing soil erosion.5. A fair/ impartial and a transparent mechanism for crop pricing be developed with the help of DIGITAL INDIA MISSION.

All rich people are buying agricultural land purely for investment purpose. No actual farming is done. They are all building splendid farm houses, thereby decreasing the area of actual cultivation. Patwaris & Girdavars are in collusion with these rich people depriving the farmers of their land,

Respected sir, The per-capita availability of land has already decreased from 0.5 hectare in 1950-51 to 0.15 hectare in 1999-2000, which will further be reduced to 0.08 hectare in 2025 A.D. the report on the “State of Indian Agriculture 2011-12”, highlight that, the average size of operational holdings in India has diminished progressively from 2.28 ha in 1970-71 to 1.55 ha in 1990-91 to 1.23 ha in 2005-06. The inclusive land reform is a present day necessity. Regards

मेरे पास पांच बीघा खेत है। लेकिन मेरे अनाज की सरकारी खरीद की कोई योजना नहीं है। गांव में बिचौलिया आधे दाम पर खरीदकर ले जाता है। सरकारी खरीद के लिए खरीद केंद्र पर अपनी गाड़ी से ले जाना होता है जहां पर केंद्र वाले ज्यादा धान लेते हैं और महीना-दो महीना बाद पैसा देते हैं। 10-15 क्विंटल के लिए किराया ही बहुत लग जाता है। पिताजी उम्रदराज हैं, वे जा नहीं पाते। गांव में इतना सरकारी अनाज आ गया है(अंत्योदय और अन्य योजनाओं का) कि हमारा अनाज क्यों कोई खरीदेगा? बताइये हम क्या करें?

Farmers are the feeding hand of the country.Without them the country would be starving.Farmers debt is national debt and it should be written-off.More credit facilities should be availed to farmers through NABARD,RRBs and other public sector banks.A national agricultural market should be developed.A good agri-rail net should be developed for transporting vegetables.Subsidies on fertilizers should be given to small scale farmers.
