My Dear PM, We need to have a national data base of all citizens of our country. Then we can know how many engineers/ doctors/ technicians we are producing and who all are getting absorbed in which industry. Then we will know, which sector is creating more jobs and where is the demand. Then with schools assisting the students would be able to motivate the students accordingly to choose appropriate career.
But for that we have to have GOOD teachers who are not the products of Bhai-Bhatijawaad-quota systems and who are actually highly qualified to motivate their students by being a ROLE MODEL for them. We need to pay them well too. For that all of us must pay our taxes and use that money for improving our next generation and not for paying for public sector Banks'/ PSU's follies who created NPAs and loss making ventures such as AI. So We need to be good citizens first. For many, such a sentiment can come from within. For remaining, their has to be a Fear of the LAW.
