स्किल इंडिया 2.0 की पुनर्कल्पना: भारत में कौशल विकास में सुधार लाने के लिए रचनात्मक विचार एवं सुझाव आमंत्रित

विश्वसनीय एवं योग्य कार्य क्षमता की तत्काल आवश्यकता को समझते हुए सरकार ने स्किल इंडिया 2.0 की पुनर्कल्पना की है। वर्कफोर्स को नए अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए भविष्य की जरुरतों के मुताबिक कार्य क्षमता का निर्माण पर फोकस किया गया है ताकि वे एक नए भारत के विकास में अपना योगदान दे सकें

केंद्रीय बजट 2022 से एक नए भारत के दृष्टिकोण को बढ़ावा मिला, जो एक सुदृढ़ कौशल विकास के इकोसिस्टम, मजबूत डिजिटल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर और अवसरों में वृद्धि की नींव पर आधारित है। इस सपने को साकार करने एवं कौशल क्षेत्र को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कई पहलों का प्रस्ताव दिया गया है। वे हैं:

उद्योग कनेक्ट: भारत उद्योग 4.0 में प्रवेश कर रहा है तदानुसार उद्योग लिंकेज, मांग-संचालित उद्योग-प्रासंगिक प्रशिक्षण अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हो जाता है। स्किल के इस अंतर को कम करने एवं उद्योगों को मांग-आधारित कुशल जनशक्ति प्रदान करेगा, जिससे नई नौकरियों के अवसरों का सृजन होगा।

एनएसक्यूएफ एलाइनमेंटः प्रतिभाओं को मांग के अनुरूप लाने के प्रयास में सरकार, राष्ट्रीय कौशल योग्यता ढांचे (एनएसक्यूएफ) के नवीनीकरण और उभरते उद्योगों के साथ तालमेल बिठाने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ रही है।

डिजिटल कौशल: DESH-stack ई-पोर्टल की शुरुआत से कौशल और आजीविका के लिए डिजिटल इकोसिस्टम को प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा एवं यह एक कौशल से संपन्न देश बनने की दिशा में जटिल समस्याओं का समाधान प्रदान करेगा।

सरकार डिजिटल स्किल इकोसिस्टम को मजबूत करने पर भी विशेष ध्यान दे रही है क्योंकि एआर/वीआर, मशीन लर्निंग जैसे तकनीकी कौशल और स्वचालित प्रणालियों सहित डेटा के साथ काम करने की क्षमता वर्तमान समय में अनिवार्य हो गई है। फसल मूल्यांकन, भूमि रिकॉर्ड के डिजिटलीकरण और कीटनाशकों के छिड़काव के लिए ड्रोन शक्ति और किसान ड्रोन के इस्तेमाल के साथ, देश आज भविष्य की मांग के अनुसार अत्याधुनिक दुनिया में प्रवेश के लिए तैयार है। ड्रोन और आधुनिक कृषि-तकनीक दोनों क्षेत्रों के लिए असंख्य अवसर प्रदान करेंगे: प्रौद्योगिकी और कृषि आधुनिकीकरण कंपनी दोनो के लिए एक पारस्परिक रूप से लाभकारी इकोसिस्टम।

देश को विश्व की कौशल राजधानी बनाने का संकल्प पूरा करने के लिए कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता मंत्रालय सभी भारतीय नागरिकों से उनके सर्वोत्तम विचार और सुझाव आमंत्रित करता है

1. We should focus on making our tech world independent from west. Youtube, FB, Twitter , Whatsapp -they all are from western country and they are also biased in their country itself. 2. Indian Talents should be promoted in India. We need more colleges . We need to stop reservation. Our Digital world should be independent from west.

Skill development programmes have to be rejuvenated, why is it that lakhs of students are going to countries like Ukraine, Australia, US, Germany, Britain, etc is it that certain talented boys and girls are kept out of national educational system because of reservation s or high fees collected for medical ,paramedical or engineering studies and trainings ,can't Goi start payment courses in our country and provide employment opportunities within our country to ensure that younger citizens are not killed in war zones trying to get some skill degrees , why govts have failed to address this national issue , and some ministers in goi have the audacity to put up remarks that those students who do medical degrees abroad do not pass exams in india (90% ) It's failure of leaders and beurocrats who have pushed students to die while pursuing studies or skill programs in foreign lands .

Respected PM Sir 1999, During Kargil war, USA had denied GPS access to India. Then, India decided to develop it's own GPS system IRNSS and ISRO developed NavIC. During Cold War, the World was devided in two blocks and both were Self Sufficient. Now the whole Internet Infrastructure is controlled by US and that is the potent weapon used against Russia. Respected PM Sir , Please initiate projects with ISRO and IIT’s to our own Internet so that So to save our sovereignty, We need an "Atam Nirbhar Bharat". with our own Internet if US threatens us with blocking internet.

Develop skill should be from the younger age and attempt to be made to record the child's ability from Junior School level. S/he should be given chance at appropriate place so that the child can show her/his skill. Actually our system is so corrupt that child who is related is given focus and if we do sincerely sure the child will able to come up by given attempt twice if failed in first time. Each one is born with talent but are not exposed due to no encouragement at junior school level. As an example in Olympic Games medalist are being trained after proper selection from very childhood in other countries. Let there be extra curriculum either in school level or at college. I am very sure if there be no nepotism then we will be able to find child with skill at various streams.

प्रधानमंत्री जी, कृपया देश हित में एक देश एक कानून लागू किया जाए । जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून लागू किया जाए। देश के विकास के लिए आरक्षण को पूरी तरह समाप्त किया जाए। आप देश हित में कर सकते हैं। धन्यवाद
