स्किल इंडिया 2.0 की पुनर्कल्पना: भारत में कौशल विकास में सुधार लाने के लिए रचनात्मक विचार एवं सुझाव आमंत्रित

विश्वसनीय एवं योग्य कार्य क्षमता की तत्काल आवश्यकता को समझते हुए सरकार ने स्किल इंडिया 2.0 की पुनर्कल्पना की है। वर्कफोर्स को नए अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए भविष्य की जरुरतों के मुताबिक कार्य क्षमता का निर्माण पर फोकस किया गया है ताकि वे एक नए भारत के विकास में अपना योगदान दे सकें

केंद्रीय बजट 2022 से एक नए भारत के दृष्टिकोण को बढ़ावा मिला, जो एक सुदृढ़ कौशल विकास के इकोसिस्टम, मजबूत डिजिटल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर और अवसरों में वृद्धि की नींव पर आधारित है। इस सपने को साकार करने एवं कौशल क्षेत्र को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कई पहलों का प्रस्ताव दिया गया है। वे हैं:

उद्योग कनेक्ट: भारत उद्योग 4.0 में प्रवेश कर रहा है तदानुसार उद्योग लिंकेज, मांग-संचालित उद्योग-प्रासंगिक प्रशिक्षण अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हो जाता है। स्किल के इस अंतर को कम करने एवं उद्योगों को मांग-आधारित कुशल जनशक्ति प्रदान करेगा, जिससे नई नौकरियों के अवसरों का सृजन होगा।

एनएसक्यूएफ एलाइनमेंटः प्रतिभाओं को मांग के अनुरूप लाने के प्रयास में सरकार, राष्ट्रीय कौशल योग्यता ढांचे (एनएसक्यूएफ) के नवीनीकरण और उभरते उद्योगों के साथ तालमेल बिठाने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ रही है।

डिजिटल कौशल: DESH-stack ई-पोर्टल की शुरुआत से कौशल और आजीविका के लिए डिजिटल इकोसिस्टम को प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा एवं यह एक कौशल से संपन्न देश बनने की दिशा में जटिल समस्याओं का समाधान प्रदान करेगा।

सरकार डिजिटल स्किल इकोसिस्टम को मजबूत करने पर भी विशेष ध्यान दे रही है क्योंकि एआर/वीआर, मशीन लर्निंग जैसे तकनीकी कौशल और स्वचालित प्रणालियों सहित डेटा के साथ काम करने की क्षमता वर्तमान समय में अनिवार्य हो गई है। फसल मूल्यांकन, भूमि रिकॉर्ड के डिजिटलीकरण और कीटनाशकों के छिड़काव के लिए ड्रोन शक्ति और किसान ड्रोन के इस्तेमाल के साथ, देश आज भविष्य की मांग के अनुसार अत्याधुनिक दुनिया में प्रवेश के लिए तैयार है। ड्रोन और आधुनिक कृषि-तकनीक दोनों क्षेत्रों के लिए असंख्य अवसर प्रदान करेंगे: प्रौद्योगिकी और कृषि आधुनिकीकरण कंपनी दोनो के लिए एक पारस्परिक रूप से लाभकारी इकोसिस्टम।

देश को विश्व की कौशल राजधानी बनाने का संकल्प पूरा करने के लिए कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता मंत्रालय सभी भारतीय नागरिकों से उनके सर्वोत्तम विचार और सुझाव आमंत्रित करता है

With reference to the most awaited and desired N. E. P. for revamping the Educational pattern and standards of our country,skill development is an integral part of the same.Academics and skilling should go side by side from early stages of a child's education. For example, every child of class 8 should know how to cook food, make salads or some healthy nutritious snacks, etc. Likewise ,emphasis should be more on practical activities instead of stuffing knowledge into the heads. For higher level students more specialized skills should be brought in like Photography, videography, Aviation, organic gardening, etc. This shall motivate the learners for adopting one skill or the other for their benefit as well as creating a congenial environment for skilling our progressive new India. For the University pass-outs there should be merit weightage for learning various vocational skills courses, of course available at reasonably low costs. For interested adults, skilling can pay.

JAI HIND PRIME MINISTER SIR, I am a senior secondary student from Tamil Nadu. First of all everything related to science relies on the students. A student can be selected as the leader of the SCIENCE CLUB in his/her school. Those students will be selected on an annual basis. The particular student should be officially approved as the SKILL DEVELOPER by the government.He/She is responsible for spreading awareness about skill development and featuring many other programs related to skill development in his/her school. The particular leader may discuss with his school teachers about the best performers and those performers can be awarded the SKILLED PERSONALITY AWARD. By this, we can understand the ideas of future pillars of INDIA. This helps in building the nation stronger. THOSE LEADERS AND STUDENTS CAN BE GIVEN PREFERENCE AND SCHOLARSHIP IN PURSUING STUDIES. LET THE ROOTS SPREAD FIRST. THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO NEGOTIATE.

JAI HIND PRIME MINISTER SIR, I am a senior secondary student from Tamil Nadu. First of all everything related to science relies on the students. The students who give the best ideas for the development of science in the country and a few other students who stand best in the national science quizzes, essays, projects can be selected and they can be organized together into a STUDENT SCIENCE COMMITTEE. The members of this committee are very helpful in spreading awareness about the science development in our country. Also, these members can make the students of his school participate actively in many other science fairs and competitions. THOSE LEADERS AND STUDENTS CAN BE GIVEN PREFERENCE AND SCHOLARSHIP IN PURSUING STUDIES.

1) Build a No-Regrets Skillset -a toolkit that can be useful how a workforce specific role may evolve like how employment structure & occupations changing, how are the skill & competency requirements changing, where are the skills being upgraded & downgraded, how are the forms of control over work evolving, is there an increase in surveillance & monitoring, are new technology increasing worker autonomy, what occupations are most affected by labour shortages. 2) Launch tailored learning journeys irrespective of qualification. 3) Protect learning budgets. 4) Introduce State Skill Development program for more short term courses. 5) Use contextualised learning models that help to see real life implications on new digital skills. 6) Provide instructional content in small chunks or micro lessons for rapid absorption & rehearsal with immediate feedback. 7) Ensure learners see that they are progressing even if progress is slow. 8) Make graduate/ Engg Graduate employable with job before results

Practical training must be compulsory for degree courses. Communication skills are important for the development of any field. Lack of clear communication is the biggest hurdle in the growth of an individual. A student should have a choice of language for education. Education must be in multiple languages for clear communication and a superior understanding of the subject. One of the reasons for the growth of countries like Germany, China, Russia, etc is the medium of language used in education is their national and regional language. This will not only help in the survival of regional languages but also a better understanding of the subject among the students.

As we all know that 70 of population in india is related to agriculture and related activities and unemployment is the biggest issue is right now. Through skill india we have counter both the problem by makin unemployed person to aagri solver. I think this campaign skill india is a revolutionary idea.

भारत की प्राचीन विद्धा पर रिसर्च करने हेतु नालंदा जैसे विश्वविद्यालय को बढ़ावा देते हुए युवाओं को इस ओर आकर्षित करने का प्रयत्न करना चाहिए क्योंकि सम्पूर्ण विज्ञान और तकनीक हमारे वेद शास्त्रों से कहीं न कहीं प्रभावित है |

Continued... So the demand for academic degree increased. More colleges sprung up. Standards diluted in many private colleges. The focus of the governments also moved away from ITIs and Polytechnics. The quality of training imparted had also got diluted and the students passed out of these institutes became unemployable. The need of the hour is to strengthen these institutes and revise the curriculum to produce youth with the desirable skill sets.

There is a very small job market for Electronics engineers in India. Looking at the chinese product range, they have solution for evry small thing/problem. may it be electronic, automobile, IT, farming related. I think, we should open E-skill centres, an one roof, which would include a full laboratory setup for intern UG & PG students , mentors from various technical streams and VCs. How it will work? There would be a linkage between society and the centre to identify the basic problems. Students and mentors in the centre would work on ideation: an electro-mechanical-technical solution for that problem. The centre will facilitate all the things required for the solution. VCs will help to commercialize the prototype. e.g. If Drone is unable to spray in the large fields, a farmer will ask for alternative solution to the centre. Students and mentors will think and try to provide the solution to that local problem. It will help Agri automation, Toys, home automation and many areas
