स्किल इंडिया 2.0 की पुनर्कल्पना: भारत में कौशल विकास में सुधार लाने के लिए रचनात्मक विचार एवं सुझाव आमंत्रित

विश्वसनीय एवं योग्य कार्य क्षमता की तत्काल आवश्यकता को समझते हुए सरकार ने स्किल इंडिया 2.0 की पुनर्कल्पना की है। वर्कफोर्स को नए अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए भविष्य की जरुरतों के मुताबिक कार्य क्षमता का निर्माण पर फोकस किया गया है ताकि वे एक नए भारत के विकास में अपना योगदान दे सकें

केंद्रीय बजट 2022 से एक नए भारत के दृष्टिकोण को बढ़ावा मिला, जो एक सुदृढ़ कौशल विकास के इकोसिस्टम, मजबूत डिजिटल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर और अवसरों में वृद्धि की नींव पर आधारित है। इस सपने को साकार करने एवं कौशल क्षेत्र को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कई पहलों का प्रस्ताव दिया गया है। वे हैं:

उद्योग कनेक्ट: भारत उद्योग 4.0 में प्रवेश कर रहा है तदानुसार उद्योग लिंकेज, मांग-संचालित उद्योग-प्रासंगिक प्रशिक्षण अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हो जाता है। स्किल के इस अंतर को कम करने एवं उद्योगों को मांग-आधारित कुशल जनशक्ति प्रदान करेगा, जिससे नई नौकरियों के अवसरों का सृजन होगा।

एनएसक्यूएफ एलाइनमेंटः प्रतिभाओं को मांग के अनुरूप लाने के प्रयास में सरकार, राष्ट्रीय कौशल योग्यता ढांचे (एनएसक्यूएफ) के नवीनीकरण और उभरते उद्योगों के साथ तालमेल बिठाने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ रही है।

डिजिटल कौशल: DESH-stack ई-पोर्टल की शुरुआत से कौशल और आजीविका के लिए डिजिटल इकोसिस्टम को प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा एवं यह एक कौशल से संपन्न देश बनने की दिशा में जटिल समस्याओं का समाधान प्रदान करेगा।

सरकार डिजिटल स्किल इकोसिस्टम को मजबूत करने पर भी विशेष ध्यान दे रही है क्योंकि एआर/वीआर, मशीन लर्निंग जैसे तकनीकी कौशल और स्वचालित प्रणालियों सहित डेटा के साथ काम करने की क्षमता वर्तमान समय में अनिवार्य हो गई है। फसल मूल्यांकन, भूमि रिकॉर्ड के डिजिटलीकरण और कीटनाशकों के छिड़काव के लिए ड्रोन शक्ति और किसान ड्रोन के इस्तेमाल के साथ, देश आज भविष्य की मांग के अनुसार अत्याधुनिक दुनिया में प्रवेश के लिए तैयार है। ड्रोन और आधुनिक कृषि-तकनीक दोनों क्षेत्रों के लिए असंख्य अवसर प्रदान करेंगे: प्रौद्योगिकी और कृषि आधुनिकीकरण कंपनी दोनो के लिए एक पारस्परिक रूप से लाभकारी इकोसिस्टम।

देश को विश्व की कौशल राजधानी बनाने का संकल्प पूरा करने के लिए कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता मंत्रालय सभी भारतीय नागरिकों से उनके सर्वोत्तम विचार और सुझाव आमंत्रित करता है

Hello to my lovely Indian. It's very sad to see the reality that our country is facing. Let's talk about China and compare with India. 1. GAPS per capita much higher than India which lead to better living standard. 2. Infrastructure budget of China is much higher than India, which unfortunately my India may not be able to compare for atleast 10 or 20 years. 3. Energy consumption, production, good transport capacities (via train) are more than our country. 4. We have to increase our investment and banking power, foreign investment power, bilateral investment and policies should be stronger. 5. Adobe better agriculture practice with modern technology. More former should engage in this activities. 6. Our democratic decision making is not efficient at all in many aspect when we try to bring something change in society in terms of road infrastructure, cities planning, etc. 7. Adopt new laws or procedure to decrease the corruption at various government level, central and state both.

Sir What is opinion on cycler ricksha puller and pull cart puller who work in hot sun and steep up and down why not they be considered as entrepreneurs and encourage them in building the nation by testing them off their capability and assigning them of suitable things, by diverting them we can reduce pollution and they help in building nation. My feeling is one who can do such a hard job should be an capable entrepreneur may be Sir .like a athelet .

The skilling as we understand today is to acquire some sort of expertise to comfortably support our livlihood. It is not so,the skill is required to uphold your Heritage,culture and your identity.For example a stone smith of the Khajuraho standard,shall be able to fulfill all the requirements as quoted above and bring glory to the country. Point is to identify the sets of the skill and the availability of their potential rather than run of the mill training to all and sundry. It is required therefore to organise competitions,,quizzes and hide and seek through pictorial and analytical presentations right from the very beginning. Let them decide themselves,through open schooling. One should present only the information to the young impressionable minds,rest is their work. Because, whatsoever a horse be fed through he can never turnout to be an elephant.So the exercise is futile.The inherent skill that every child possess be nurtured and en flowered. Rajesh k Verma

traditional courses in universities/colleges are just namesake so do provide skills development courses so that every individual do not have to move to big cities for searching a job. introduce startup India program in colleges and universities with sufficient information and facilities so that the individual could focus himself and prepare himself for the startup. for this you need to develop sufficient infrastructure in every city and develop a culture so that building a startup shall become easy for himself in his/her city. do strike a balance in skill development based on the demand else even after acquiring sufficient skills an individual might not get a job or good business in the market if there is a flooding of same skill based individuals. do publish on the skill India website about number of individuals required in all skills depending upon the state/city.

right from the school level develop a habit of gardening, cleaning, helping the elderly and the needy , playing sports and slowly slowly develop the natural skill in every individual which can be recognized by the teaching staff , classmates and the parents, which might in the future could be taken as a profession after getting sufficient skills in that sphere. moreover many build their career in their family traditional business but do not have sufficient skills so they are not very successful in their endeavor. new skills are coming each day, the individual is confused which skill to take to build his/her career. moreover advertisements do confuse an individual. moreover it was our family who decide what we should take to build our career even if we are not capable of also the options were very few. now the options are unlimited but the focal point is which skill is suited for me based on my nature and interest and psychometric test mere degree/stream shall not criteria for skill

We have seen in the past as to how cross border illegal trade have flourished in the Eastern part of the country Of Late the jurisdiction of BSF had been increased from 15 km to 50 km from the International border If this is the first step towards Good governance, the second and third steps should be to create a union territory by slicing off 50 km all along the border by whichever name you may call viz Uttar Purvanchal and replace BSF by the Army like J & K and redeploy BSF as they have failed to prove themselves
