In urban cities, there's a little shortcoming when it comes to garbage collection from homes. The municipal corp members are punctual, but many a times their timings do not clash with those of the home owners as they go to their workplace. As such what can be done is that, prior information be taken from the home owners to tell what time they would like their garbage bins to be collected.Accordingly the workers/collecters be assigned timings. This shall avoid excessive garbage or overload at 1 time.

There should be compulsory education for children about rubbish and its effects on the environment. All children should be educated from a very small age in school not to throw rubbish on the streets and to only throw it in the bins. Children are the future of India, to keep India clean this should be implemented in all schools across India as a compulsory unit of study. If we teach the children they will also teach their parents and their own children and the cycle will carry on.

School is a place where a children are educated. It is necessary for every school to maintain cleanliness around its premises with help of municipal corporation. Every school must conduct a special class on cleanliness and a cleanliness program once in a week. In this program the students must clean there school surroundings and they have to create an awareness campaign for the people outside the premises. This will make an habit in students life.. To maintain his or her surroundings clean.

Educating the people to use toilets should be given to NGO's where individual Taluks or specified area can be given to groups. The other is to have a media Blitz in TV with negative and positive effects of using and not using toilets. There should be second tier of specialists who can educate if there is resistance to use toilets in some place with Dist administration helping it.
