Home is the first school, or rather University.. So, a child has to learn cleanliness right from home... but to refine and sustain such good qualities and to make him/her realize responsibilities to the society, such should certainly be practiced at school as well...Schools should also have the facilities and infrastructure to maintain cleanliness and teachers should be role models...

Cleanliness should start from School as well as Home. I would suggest that each and every parent should teach cleanliness to their children's. We have to become role model for them. Let us hope to make India another Singapore. Modi ji is not the first PM to drive the cleanliness , Singapore is an example of it. One person can't change the nation. Everyone has to do this. I do admire our PM's view on driving cleanlines

the students in school only should be properly taught about cleanliness and hygiene specially government schools, since the change can only be brought in, if we affect the thinking of individuals, for this we need to start right from the family of a child, since it is the upbringing of a budding force. Cleanliness should not be just a subject but it should come from within. Until an unless the mindset changes , nothing truly can be done on ground by any government.

...this is the only way we can make our society clean at least by 2025-30. Since today's students become tomorrow's responsible youth and citizens of this country. It is the mindset of the people which needs to be changed and nothing better than starting at young age...(2)
