We have a long way to go but a good starting point would be to control the mess being created by builders/developers in their area during construction. There needs to be some strict guidelines with provision of audit system to follow the guideline to ensure cleanliness. I have noticed my street being cleaned every morning in Pune kharadi area only to be made dirty by constructions in the area. Why should govt/taxpayer pay for cleaning areas that are persistently left dirty by builders.

Hon'ble PM. I am badly hurt due to falling of your image. You are at the stage of declining of your image. You are becoming arrogant and making individual comments. Think about the national development and help them to who are thinking about this. Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Asam to Porbandar India one and has one PM.

I don't blame the teachers alone. but It will be also a successfull step from the part of the Govt. if they could launch some good scheme for Swachh Bharat like providing financial assistance to young ant motivated enterpreneur like me who have a dream of setting up of recycle factory/industries to reduce paper, plastic, solid materials etc. If I had been provided with such assistance, I would have started and have kept my town clean long before the launch of 'Swach Bharat'.

It appears that Municipal Corporations are not part of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. In our area they collect wastes in parks. A good councilor has constructed walkways in all parks in Hari Enclave (110064). But poor citizen cannot make use of them due to stray dogs menace. Money gone waste, why bother? Entire colony, even stair cases of flats are scattered with dogs excreta. Praise our rulers and emperors. If you don't, they will stare at you on press & other media day in and day out at your cost

Everyone wants the government to provide dustbins in their locality. But you can contribute without it too. Just put an empty box such as a shoe box, empty cartons, amazon delivery boxes etc with USE ME sign on it. These boxes can act as dustbins and help us in cleaning our streets without spending a single penny. I believe that taking brooms to clean other people's mess is not a solution to India's problem, as it is not long lasting. I have an idea using which everyone can practice without the extra labor. People always complain that the government has not put dustbins on the streets whereas the fact is that if the government puts bins on street then they either stolen or destroyed by the public. A responsibility should be given regarding cleaning to local Authorities like Municipal Corporation and Gram Panchayat etc. And Should be awarded for best performance and if no actions taken by local bodies then notice should be given to all employees.

A new curriculum should be inserted in primary to higher educational level toward the "Clean India Clean Yourself".
