Honorable Prime Minister, I suggest to create a "Prime Minister Clean India Drive Fund" and include the same in the list of funds eligible to take deduction u/s 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. It will motivate people of the society to contribute to the clean India drive.

First each citizen should take active participation in this scheme.They should feel that it's their duty to do so.For this TV ads and short movies should to done to aware the rural people.The MLAs should take this a little seriously and work through it ......"MAKE YOUR COUNTRY YOUR HOME"

Sir, in big cities we can see the impact of clean India movement but can we also focus more on our villages. The roads, water flow and sanitation has become a big issue in villages (in eastern UP I can say) now. Though we have appointed safai karmchari at the village levels but hardly they do their work honestly. People are hardly cleaning outside of their houses and their area and they dump garbage here and there. Sir, please do something for our villages to keep them clean and green. Thanks

उत्तर प्रदेश के पूर्वान्चल में अधिक जनसँख्या के कारण रोड पर वैसे ही जाम की समस्या रहती है, लेकिन यू पी प्रशासन के लापरवाही के कारण लोग हर जगह सड़क पर इतना अदिक अतिक्रमण करते है की जल निकासी के लिए जगह नही बचती ,और नाली का निर्माण नही हो पता है नाली बनता है तो केवल फार्मेल्टी के लिए और तो लोग रास्ते पर गंदगी भी करते है, पुलिस प्रशासन कुछ नही करती। जरूरत है कि इस दिसा में ठोस उपाय किया जाय । यह एक गंभीर समस्या है। आप से उपाय की दरकार है ...धन्यवाद

Participation by every individual make Govt mission more easier. May be 10% of the people come out and participate for one hour in a week, at the same time (so that tools & other support can be shared) would be enough to make this mission grand success.May be our respected Prime Minister could make nationwide appeal to participate for one hour at 07.00 to 08.00 AM on every Sunday.Those who sit at their home during this time feel offended when others participate and there by it attracts others.

Handling of garbage/ domestic waste is a big challenge in Swachh Bharat Mission. Nobody should be allowed to throw the waste outside their premises.Every house /shop /hotel /hall /school /any establishment should compulsory to have the garbage bin inside their premises at definite place as approved by the authority. It shall be the owners responsibility to maintain this and handover the collection to disposal agency.Failure to comply this must be made punishable offense.

Govt should first ensure supply of clean water to all. People in most of the villages do not have access to adequate drinking water. Without the availability of enough water how can they run /use /operate toilets. Construction of toilet is not the main issue but the availability of water to operate the toilet is the major problem. Many places toilet is unused for want of water.Hence the Govt should first make plans for water availability and then move forward further & farther.

I would like to reiterate that Hon Prime Minister make it a habit of calling a press conference once atleast in three(3) months. His ability to clarify will greatly enhance the confidence among people about his style of governing and also provide clarity of continuing and projected progress. Do not give media a chance to speculate. Being upfront will greatly enhance the trust in the government .Also, still this habit among elected members of BJP to communicate with electorates.
