i am working as a goods guard in SWR of indian railways..i recently join but bad thing is brake van is goods trains are not good..worste conditions.. are there..and also the nature of job is very diificult reason is there is no working time tabal..the main important thing is Graduate level person is not required to do this job..after my all logical analysis without goods guard also goods trains run safly..why unnecessary lot of money given to goods guard with less work..

I want to suggest the government to provide a authority cards to people who voluntarily wish to keep India clean. As most people try to spread the idea of clean India and stop other people from throwing garbage on the roads but due to lack of authority most people inhibits to take initiatives and those who take initiatives are hardly heard by the people who make the place dirty and replies as , "who are we to interfere?"

This picture is of a government school in Hardoi, U.P. This cemented dumpyard is made by municipality here which is made on the wall of the school which is a home for pigs and stray animals. This type of dumpyard is responsible for diseases. Children in the school may become ill because of such unhygienic surroundings. Despite many efforts the municipality did not agreed to remove it from here. So, actions must be taken so that such places which are breeding ground of diseases must be cleaned.

Mumbai also has been defaced by a ton of posters, billboards for advertisements of movies, small businesses, political parties, etc. All along walls on highways, almost every street in the city, pillar structures built for flyovers, metro, mono rail is full of posters. Another challenge that cannot be solved without active participation of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, Greater Mumbai.

Being born and brought up in Mumbai, I have spent most of my life I this great city. Like always whenever I go out in the neighborhood, a lot of roadside stalls selling vegetables, pani-puri stalls attracts attention. These has been a source for our daily needs and a source of income for the stall owners. Years of such encouragement has become one key reason of land encroachment of streets meant for pedestrians and creation of dumping ground at every street corner. How do we fix this?
