Even after so much TV ads and stress by PM Modi on clean India. People are not taking it serious. I find city waste thrown openly by citizens and people making nature call in public. The solution for this is to put a large big screen display at city center and display these people's act as a part of honour to our citizens. Imagine when their sons and daughter see this. #Clean India is the great plan but in many district don't have even single dust bin to through the waste materials. Then how we can make our India Clean. Only main city are properly managed and dust bin are placed every street but small city like villupuram, Cuddalore in Tamilnadu didn't see even single dust bin. Our government should take necessary step to make India clean.

Effective garbage clearing system like in the west must be implemented. Clearance bags in subsidized rate can be provided in the public distribution system. Especially in commercial places ,no spilling must be allowed. A factory for garbage re-cycling must be there in every town. Strict fine must be charged for littering in public.

A system for inspection of cleanliness shall also be made, in which all citizens of india shall be provided with downloading videos or images of any of individual or industries spreading here and there with giving assuring about confidential about their name, the citizen shall be rewarded for awareness. The individual spreading garbage shall be punished.

We have to increase the participation of women for making clean india movement running on fast track. For achieving this all women committee should be formed in each village/mohalla/colony/society and suitable award with publicly felicitation should be instituted.

Videos of individual shall be identified by area, area code, name of individual, name of committee head, with security code. Central core committee shall be made to watch the video which may decide the performance of individuals and ability of reward.

All the Indians may be asked for an offer i.e. individual shall be rewarded by a greeting or momento by oue hon'ble PM or other hon'ble with some financial benefits as decided by a committee by watching videos of their work for clean india. Minimum of 2 hours weekly or minimum half square km shall be given to individuals as an offer by mail or teleconversation or sarpanch or parshad of the area. For this purpose small committees shall be made to decide the location and downloading the videos.
