If being as NRi you are married to local you need to take 6 months entry visa with special remarks for reporting at local FRRO . it is a matter of one full day to report at FRRO.I thinks this should be scrapped and included in useless law list.

NRI are treated as Second class citizens. i recently (7 weeks ago) applied for PAN Card and all i got is harassment, wastage of time and money.
