I am an Indian Origin but became naturalized citizen of USA. I sent my daughter to India for higher studies and she is doing well in India and I am happy. She is also holding an OCI card as US citizen. It was impossible for us to open a bank account in India. No one understands how to open a back account for her. It takes less than an hour for an Indian Citizen to open an account in USA. How can this be fixed. Also why banking in India is so difficult. Is it because the banks are so rich? Fix?

Establishment time and return on investment time 4. Government aids suggested for the successful implementation 5. Sir, What India need right now is investment , both domestic or international and I believe we Indians have the capacity to contribute to a large extent. everybody knows there is a huge no. of people ready to invest if given the right opportunity. I have read a lot about friendly atmosphere created now to reduce time to set up an industry and so on. But in addition I suggest launching a "Project template" created by a team of experts hired by Indian Government. TO BE CONTINUED....

No tax on investment made by nris in india. Banks can hv a separate departments where nris can deposit money. N tht money should be used for loan purposes. Also nris should be motivated to invest in education like thy pouring in money to develop schools n hospitals

Lots of work needs to be done in the healthcare sector in terms of healthcare provision, development and regulation in india. Starting with Drug regulation, Bloodbank services, medical and nursing training. I feel the cleanliness drive is a great start. Namaste Modiji, I don't know if you will be able to read all this. I have a suggestion/request. There are 2 italian marines want to be free from jail (who killed to indian fishermen). There are more than 100 indians in italian jails expecting such a ''freedom''. Would you you be able to negociate by considering this as well? During the UPA govenrment, they went to their country for christmas. We also have the same. If they want their marines to be in italy, why not we demand the same? Regards
