Hello Sir, I wish to bring in your notice about the process of getting waiver to 2 years residency requirement for J1 visa for USA. As per rule, if some one obtained the J visa for USA, he/she must get waiver from home country. I understand that it is absolutely neccessary and required. How are we going to move forward when our supplier's in Silvassa India are forced to pay extortion's by local MLA of your own party. How do you expect NRI'S to invest in future of India when our cost of doing business is high due to high corruption and extortion's by the members of the political parties. Parents do have some connection in India will do Renunciation and PIO/OCI and visits India. Due to the complexity of Renunciation and Penalties, the parents also neglects that their kids need to be connected with India.
