As a water resources engineer for over 35 years in US, I would like to help India on water issues and provide support by developing lists of experts from US who could help in providing training to Indian engineers in developing skills in data measurements and data collection in water resources development for India.

Hello! I am a Rutgers graduate and I have majored in communications (concentration in public speaking) and economics. I realize how important communication skills are when it comes to the professional as well as personal development for a brighter future for anyone. With research done in the concept of this product - it promotes english development mixing in with the essence of Indian culture. Who can I speak to in the educational department to do research to see if it can help children .

Mr Prime Minister, I am sure there are lot of Youth who want to contribute but do not have money at hand but they have time and skill to impart to others. We need to create a system where in youth/individuals can fill in his skill set and number of hours He/She can spare in a week and the work be distributed to them as per their schedule and give them ownership to take the task to completion. This untapped workforce will definitely make a difference in making BHARAT 2.0 at no cost to Gov.

Recycling is a green initiative and there must be NRI Companies who are looking for waste from India or to be recycled in India. Such investors can place electronic recycling bins all over India that pay out a credit point based on the weight of the waste deposited. This credit points can be collected on to a card or a paper print that converts to Rupee equivalent and can be used to buy merchandise from shops. The shops return these points to the waste purchasing Company for payment in Rs.

MR Prime Minister, In India we still have a lot of people sleeping empty stomach. There should be a program started where in every neighborhood should have a place where one can give excess of perishable items cooked/semi cooked which then can be distributed to the needy people. Hence in this way at least every Indian can go to bed with there stomach full.

Reverse Brain Drain is need of the hour, students can be provided with bonded scholarships to study abroad, but bound them on the terms of the scholarship to return and work in India for at least 6 years. Or else, if the terms are breached, heavy penalty and self-payment of course fee for the student.

Clean Drinking Water: One of the recent innovation is "Plasma Water Purification" by converting it to plasma state. This is gaining lot of traction around the world as this is very cheap and also produces most clean water. This could be setup in most villages where clean water is tough to find.
